Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice Starbucks coffee, delicious breakfast. Stayed there for 5 nights. Great fitness room and swimming pool. Beautiful lobby and big rooms with lake view. In General very good hotel.

Not recommended as the hotel set the temperature at 25 degree. It is very warm anr hard to rest.

Almost zero English when arriving, I couldn’t get anybody to understand the word check-in and add check-in. I couldn’t get anybody to understand the word Wi-Fi. At the bar, I ordered a gin and tonic and received a warm can of  tonic without a glass or ice only to notice that all the bottles of alcohol  behind the bar were empty and they’re not sure if they had any alcohol,  so I ordered a beer and it was warm and a glass bottle and could not get a cold beer at the bar.  Very fancy very well pointed building, but difficult to get a function like a hotel

Nice room and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Got upgraded for free. Close to shopping malls in jimei.

My stay at the hotel was memorable and super addictive. Besides the location and friendly behavior of the staff, I think the Management are very knowledgeable about Hospitality. A gift of fresh fruits on arrival? Damnnn, I'm going back there 😍😍😍

Room was big, clean and tidy. Very quiet enviornment. Breakfast has plenty of choices but the resturant cleanness needs to improve.

Great hotel in Xiamen. 15 min away from Shenzhen North train station. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also quite good. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel , great to look at from the outside , very nice inside . Room service is an issue for someone who cannot use wechat. But the staff were good enough to help me with that.

I stayed here after arriving late at night in Xiamen planning to leave early the next morning to go see the tulous. The check in staff was polite. The lobby had a bit of noisy construction for an upcoming event, but the noise couldn’t be heard from the rooms. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I felt very safe as a solo traveler here.

BF is not so good. Basic coffee and tea are subpar and too local. Food quality to be improved. Less variety is ok, but needs to improve the food quality and apparence.
