First night of the holiday, the hotel’s 60 kg robot came onto the elevator and ran over my foot. I had to spend the night in the hospital and now the doctor said I’m not supposed to do any walking. Ruined my entire vacation. Worst of all, they let the stupid robot still go around the hotel even after injuring me!

相對成都的全季，這個沒有什麼服務，房間相對沒有那麼乾淨，地板壞了，衞生細節不是那麼好，但是相對其他同類型酒店乾淨

房間不太大，但比較乾淨整潔。距離機場幾個拍飛機的幾位都比較近，很方便拍飛機。周邊沒什麼餐館，不過可以依靠外賣。

較為體胖的那位女士前台，拉低了全季整個檔次和品牌印象。1、無禮引導消費者消費：辦理入住時問我需不需要早餐，我回答我是預訂的無早餐客房。胖前台並不理會我的回答，繼續我要不要添加早餐。我以為是可以有活動免費添加，就問到是付費添加早餐還是？胖前台回答，我看到你是定的無早餐客房，要不要添加早餐。我再次問到，是付費添加嗎？胖前台又重複了之前的話，我又問是不是付費…這樣在前台來回了5分鐘…前台始終不正面回答；2、我明確向前台表示這樣答非所問，故意不正面回答客人提問，有惡意引導消費的嫌疑。我可以投訴，前台就很不滿意的和我爭論起來了…3、基於第二點，我明確向前台表示，我要投訴，請前台告訴我她的工號或者姓名，前台理直氣壯“我憑什麼給你説”，這又明目張膽違背的服務的宗旨；4、整個辦理過程非常不愉快，後來的7個人都辦理好了，我的住宿手續還沒有辦好，歷時15分鐘以上。5、以上所説，應該處理前台，或者重新培訓，這樣的前台對品牌絕對傷害，給顧客帶來超不好的入住體驗。

因到廈門轉機需定距離最近的機場酒店，酒店離高崎機場還是需要打車的2公里距離，半夜到的，酒店給升級了房間還送了一份自助早餐，所以服務就給五星好評了。
