酒店服務基本沒有，牙刷掉地上了，想重新要一個，打電話到前台打了3次都沒人接，衹能自己親自下去取。晚上前台就2個人在忙，根本忙不過來。中午退房發現前台衹有一個人。人員太少了。有些酒店十一五一都🈶大堂經理值班，這邊也沒有。酒店服務員在請勿打擾的指示牌下還要強行進入打掃衞生。
酒店早餐種類還是比較多的，如胡辣湯、豆腐腦、麪、餛飩，但口味不好。水果西瓜🍉都糠了。
酒店房間比較小！
酒店大堂還是不錯的。喜歡大堂的推薦入住！

我們預訂了親子房加自助晚餐的套餐，提前把嬰兒床送到房間，非常貼心。自助晚餐尤其性價比很高，羊排、牛排和三文魚不限量供應。工作人員都很友好，點名表揚小黃，看到我們帶了兩個孩子，主動幫我們調換有沙發的座位，還幫我們拿小童座椅，孩子們也被照顧得很好，讓我們的襄陽之行很暖心！

設施：一個準5星居然沒有地下停車場？？？地面停車亂七八糟出停車場都怕把別人的車擦了。第一次碰到雙床房就是雙床房，不能拼床，但是你的大床衹有1.8米是不是太小了。標配沒有浴缸。健身房晚上10點關門，問題是玩完唐城都快10點了，健身房了個寂寞？
衞生：明亮，衞生，不錯
環境：背後有綠地的商業街，可以吃的很多。雖然在高架附近但沒啥噪音可以安心睡眠。出門有高架去哪都很快
服務：很熱情，餐廳的服務很好，也會很耐心的介紹618活動。補餐很快，基本上剛剛拿完就能補上。

酒店地處樊城區，離古城和唐城都有些路，出行以打車為主，襄陽沒有地鐵。酒店設施有些老舊，內部有個游泳池挺不錯的。

整體環境不過不失，不過節前住對得起價格～前台服務狀態過得去，幾天的客房部人員態度比較好，唯一不滿的是離店當日，才八點多，收拾的阿姨敲了一下門，還沒反應過來也沒經過我同意就推門進來。建議加強培訓，這樣的行為對客人的私隱保護不足，且不太尊重客人。

酒店很新，房間寬敞明亮，即使面對樓下高架也不會吵。洗手間乾濕分離，配的貝佳斯聯名洗浴套裝。酒店還有配套健身房和恆温游泳池，非常給力，健身的朋友可以帶裝備來。樓下很多吃的，非常便利。
