A short but nice stay in the heat of August. A bit of a wait to check in (30-45) but made up for in the good service. Who I presume to be the Food And Beverage manager (Jay) really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, both at the bar and in the dining area. His good English and attention to detail was very appreciated. Others in the dining area and room service were also quite friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful tea house and is located a very short distance to the Confucian temple. Recommended for service, architectural features, and convenience.

The location is a bit off the room, but other hotels provide 2 bottles of water. This store does not have a kettle and dare not use it. It is very bad that there is no place to buy water. Breakfast is said to be from 7 am to 9 pm, and there is nothing to eat before 8:30. There is only one dish tray with some greens left in it, and the others are empty. Of the three porridge buckets, only one half-bowl of porridge barely filled with 3 people was gone, and the other 2 buckets were just empty if they were not scooped by the gods. Only fried eggs are available. The ones that are empty are just like that, they don't even fry a little bit more, even if they cover up one-third of the dish, they seem to ignore it. The only fruit is the same, just a few blackened bananas cut in half, nothing else is seen. This kind of service will never live again.
