設施有兩個亮點，一是床頭的閲讀燈是一個形似小電筒的射燈，角度和光線都很好，方便了睡前閲讀。二是衞生間配有清潔器（圖3），這在五鑽賓館的標間都很難做到。停車場是公共停車場，賓館提供免費便利，停車場位於賓館斜對面，車輛需要繞路掉頭，保安很熱情，會熱心指路，客服態度一般般。衞生也是一般般，進房間看到電吹風都沒有放到位（圖4）。
另外給賓館提點建議，房間裏有一盆綠植非常好，花盆下面最好放一個小盤子，進屋時看見澆水都漏到枱面上了。

習水縣的一家酒店，房間整潔衛生乾淨利落，空調是個櫃機空調，十分好用。酒店對面有很大的停車場，停放汽車便利。周邊有飯店，還有個菜市可以去買些水果。
