The first time I stayed at Yan'an Wanda Jinhua Hotel, the location was very good. The first thing I saw when I entered the lobby was the ornamental doll wearing Red Army clothes, which was very Yan'an style. Xiao Yuan at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced the surrounding scenic spots, so that we could run a lot less. The concierge was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, and the service attitude was particularly good. The room is very comfortable, the environment is beautiful, clean and tidy, and the facilities are well equipped. The breakfast the next day was also very pleasant and the food was delicious. In short, the overall stay experience is particularly good, the price is very favorable, the price is super high!

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

The overall service is very good, and red date tea is delivered at night. But it would be better if the shower facilities could be improved (the water flow was not very comfortable on the body). In addition, I don’t know if it’s been too long and no one lives. I just entered the room and there was a heavier toilet smell.

I chose this place to get married and pick up a bride. Except for the traffic jam at the entrance during morning and evening rush hours, everything else was fine. The lobby of this hotel has a very high-end feel, the decoration is exquisite, the front desk staff, Guo and Jia, are very welcoming. The room looks refreshing, clean and tidy. The price is not expensive in the urban area, and the accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of express hotels of the same price. Xiaoguo Xiaojia has a standard service attitude and is worth recommending.

The room booked in advance was not the same room as the last one. The reason was that the room price we booked on this platform was favorable. The landlord changed us a room. We clearly stated that we didn’t want to change the room, but the landlord still changed it for us because it was booked. He said that he didn't want to live and could retire, but it was troublesome to find a house, and he didn't say anything, so he lived there. I hope that the landlord's integrity problem can be paid attention to. Although it is stated that there is air conditioning, but the air conditioner needs to be charged separately to add money. The room, shampoo, shower gel have expired. We have our own toiletries so there is no impact. You can refer to it.

During May 1st, I made a temporary intention to go shopping in Yan'an. It was only half an hour before I started to book rooms in Yan'an city. I have seen a lot of hotels either the price is ridiculously high or too far from the city. I finally ordered this one. Surprisingly good. The price is right, the location is good, it's very convenient to travel to Pagoda Mountain, and there is free parking. The service of the young lady at the front desk is also very good and patient. A very good experience.

Elegant and leisurely, you know that it is a different place when you hear the name! When I first arrived in Yan'an, I was a great surprise to me and the whole family! The small courtyard is full of flowers, tree-lined, fountains, pavilions, stone chairs, and gardens! And surrounded by mountains on three sides, the air is fresh and the temperature is suitable! The huge courtyard is definitely a must for bringing a baby. Since the courtyard is closed, children can run recklessly in the yard! Not only children, the elderly are walking, and young people are playing ball sports, which can be achieved here! Needless to say, the room in the cave is relatively large, it is a suite, spacious earthen, five people are very rich! Clean and neat environment, live not at ease, but happy. At the end of July, whether indoors or outdoors, you will not feel particularly hot! In the evening, I sat with my family in the yard, and drank a small beer. How comfortable! The courtyard has its own pastoral garden, and all kinds of vegetables are the most beautiful dishes on the breakfast table!
