大家看一下這是昨夜的漏水情況，夜裡3點左右空調一直響到早上6點，並且空調半夜出現掉冰塊砸到人，臉上被滴了一臉的水，我們退房後進行訂單申訴，得到的回覆居然是無法處理，不予賠償，希望大家在進行訂購時慎重，在進行評價同時，已經反饋12315，市長熱線進行維權，對於這樣的商家均不可姑息

體驗非常差，鏡子雙面，一面衝著牆，啥作用不用，馬桶在屋裡，推拉玻璃門簡單擋了一下，無封閉性。最重要的是，這個客棧的隔壁是KTV，隔音效果非常差，晚上的睡眠質量很差。

環境：環境還可以，就在景點旁邊很近很方便！樓下也有好吃的揚州菜！

客棧位置靠近何園，距離皮市街也很近，距離關東街也不遠，交通很便捷，客棧門頭有點小，一不小心就會錯過。入住很方便，房間裏乾淨整潔，各項設施完好，就是空調估計有些年頭了，運轉風力不足，其他基本滿意，性價比也不錯，總體是一次滿意的入住體驗。

衞生間設計有點奇怪而且還有一股難聞的怪味，房間的牆皮都有一點點裂開是一家很小的客棧離皮市街東關街都挺近，每個**別蠻多的，性價比可能旅遊旺季吧略高但**溢價到了兩百多是有點離譜的

整體入住體驗超級差：1.一進門一股怪味兒，我一直想下去換房間但是對象感冒不舒服已經躺床上不想動了。2.床檐一摸一手灰。3.燈光超暗。4.早上沒有熱水，放好久都温温的。5.空調製熱效果很差。以上屬於硬件設施，12點退房是規定，但是以往我住的地方遲點甚至遲一兩個小時都沒事兒，這家到點就提醒退房了，當時對象還是很不舒服，我不在也沒有與他們溝通，不知道溝通一下會如何。
兩三年前住過這兒感覺還挺好的，一模一樣的房間，入住時候的前台小姐姐很漂亮説話也很温柔，但是這次入住之後下次不會再選擇這家了，是真的很失望。
