衞生：太坑了，衞生間還有內褲掛在架子上，床底還有之前別人穿的拖鞋

如實給分，有一説一，雖設施衞生極差，但服務五星，前台給升級房間態度好，並後續進行電話回訪。
其餘衞生設施確實非常讓人無語，詳情見圖。
1、見視頻，洗澡噴頭根本沒法用，水漬臟且立不起來
2、見視頻，不用噴頭用花灑，結果花灑上面漏水呲水，到身上一身冰涼
3、見圖，如果是沒擦凈的灰尚可理解，衞生間肉眼可見，台上一堆粉末，壁龕非常臟，地上更是擦都沒擦，洗澡地漏漏不下去。
4、見圖，桌子沒擦，地板沒擦，洗手枱沒擦，衞生程度甚至説一個月內沒擦過。桌子我整整用完了一包酒精濕巾才擦乾淨。椅子上全是被撒了湯晾乾的痕跡，並且椅子還是壞的。
5、奇葩户型，廁所沒有門，排風扇用不了，上完廁所加上地漏反味全屋氣味瀰漫。
6、床旁邊吊椅的枕頭墊子沒洗過，很多臟東西，並且一坐上就會到，純擺設並且有安全風險。
7、綜上，我到酒店很晚很累，洗澡噴頭用不了，花灑還亂噴水到身上，洗着洗着沒有熱水了地漏還漏不下去，最後外賣來了想吃口飯擦桌子擦半天，躺床上空調又不好用，換完的被罩也不繫上。衹有前台的服務讓人欣慰。

位置很好，周邊肯德基麥當勞星巴克瑞幸，早餐店小吃店便利店，揚大酸奶，葯店，該有的都有。離京華城也不遠，博物館就在北邊一公里。地下免費停車，房間裏洗衣機微波爐冰箱，很方便。儲水式熱水器，人多的話洗澡需要等待，不過這個樓裏的酒店都是這樣。兩個椅子上比較臟，顯然沒有清潔過，需要改進。

公寓式酒店，前台在一樓，房間在樓上，有電梯，有地下停車場。房間裏面有冰箱，有洗衣機，有微波爐。附近有很多吃飯和早餐的地方，還是挺方便的。

前台很熱情周到，酒店還是依舊的乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，滿意的一次入住，前台接待小談服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助，服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心，前台服務很及時，前台積極幫我處理問題很棒。這家酒店管理真的很到位，我們住得很開心 舒服 熱水也熱得很快，空調給力，被子和枕頭都是新的，感覺這個價格值了，經常住酒店，但是這家的服務和管理是我住過最好的，真的是家全的感覺！給個大大的贊上推薦推薦 祝店家生意興隆哈！太棒了

本次入住讓我十分滿意，首先環境優雅，房間裏有一些壁畫及花草擺件很別緻，其次房間設施配套齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有，衞生乾淨整潔，毛巾浴巾等洗漱用品應有盡有都很乾凈，床品舒適讓趕了一天路的我舒舒服服睡了個好覺，空調和wifi都十分的給力，前台甜甜十分熱情的接待並且根據我的問題提出了一些美食及出行的建議，十分感謝，總之這家酒店經濟實惠，最主要的是能讓顧客住的舒適滿意，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺，超級贊，強烈推薦！有機會下次還會繼續選擇！
