"I like this hotel very much. It's cheap and good. I charged about 170 Hong Kong dollars to stay alone. The room has a terrace and a table. The space is very large. I think the price is very cheap. I highly recommend staying there."
"Очень неплохой отель. Отличное расположение! Очень хорошие завтраки. Хозяйке отдельное спасибо за уютную атмосферу!
Немного напрягло отсутствие топления в номере. Было холодно. На всю ночь пришлось оставить кондиционер, работающий на обогрев."
"The hotel is large and can be said to be one of the best hotels in Yerevan or Armenia.
The service is good and the stay is very comfortable. It is said that many celebrities will live here in Yerevan."
"Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!"
"They were there from 6 a.m., the plane was late, until 11 o'clock . Big plus that rerepeschen 24 hours, settled quickly. The room is spacious, everything you need to eat, clean. Bad that there is no breakfast. Close to the center, you can get to walk. Not far from a large shopping center, there you can have breakfast. The girl on the resepshen explained how to get to the center and kindly allowed to leave things before leaving. In general I can recommend 1-2 night."
"It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind."

Outstanding
GGuest UserI loved this hotel. Genial staff always looking to be of help. Breakfast was great. Location great for eating with many restaurants. Yerevan is small and should be done on foot. Room was clean and well-appointed. Just a tad too small for an opened suitcase. I definitely recommend this hotel.
VViacheslavThe hotel itself is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Everything inside is very beautifully decorated. Excellent rooms, everything is new. I liked the mattresses (they wrote in the reviews that they were hard). On the fourth floor there is a terrace from which you can see Ararat. The main disadvantage is the location. The hotel is a little far from the center. Although you can get to the center by taxi. It takes 5-10 minutes and costs 200 rubles. There is also a metro station nearby. There is a good store across the road. You will not find any decent cafes or restaurants nearby, you can only go to the center. Or eat in the hotel itself. There is nowhere to walk either. But such hotels in the center cost at least twice as much.
AAnastasiiaChisWe have never been treated so well in any hotel in the world. Service 10/10. Very respectful attitude, it's embarrassing. They offer to call a taxi, give you water for the road, if you go to a nearby restaurant and it's raining outside, they'll even give you an umbrella for the evening. Breakfast has everything you need. The only thing is that the mattress is not a double, but two singles, they move apart, but that's been the case in all hotels lately, so it doesn't matter.
EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
NNatalia GrishinaI express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and care. In addition to the promised services and their decent quality, I received additional assistance. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff, I have a good impression of Yerevan, which I visited for the first time. Now the foam has a desire to come here again.
OOMGitsJassyThis is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is attentive and responsive, all questions and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Located on the 7-10 floors of the building. Rooms for every taste from a hostel to apartments. Very clean everywhere. Good full breakfast including scrambled eggs and omelette. Convenient coworking area and dining area where you can take a break and/or work. We stayed in an apartment on the 10th floor, large and spacious. The room had robes and slippers, which was very nice, a full kitchen, large living room and bedroom. Designed for 4 people. Literally around the corner from the hotel there is a supermarket and even a 24-hour supermarket 250 meters away. There are many different restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. around.
GGuest UserIt's OK, the location is good, very close to the subway station in Yerevan, Armenia, about 7 minutes' walk, there are many shopping malls around, and there is also a Carrefour for convenient shopping.
MMinaThis was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was a rich selection of tasty food, made of fresh ingredients, and kitchen staff were promptly and continuously attending guests, cleaning tables, refilling dishes, etc., making every morning a lovely start. If I have the chance to visit again I will happily book this hotel apartment.
GGato ChristianThe owner and staff were very kind. The hotel itself was great. However, the surrounding area was not so good. You have to be careful when walking on the roads near the hotel because cars drive at high speeds around corners with poor visibility. Also, there were some low-class people right next to the hotel who made fun of East Asians, which was very unpleasant.
