吵的一晚上沒睡好，半夜樓下是有ktv還是什麼，咚咚響，樓道説話聽的一清二楚，晚上3點睡着，早上8點就被吵醒就像開着門睡覺，住過最差的維也納沒有之一，就這破房間還收我330？垃圾，大家看清楚我的評價再訂！！

因為結婚定了維也納酒店的商務套作為婚房，加了200元請酒店幫忙裝飾，沒想到意外的喜慶，絲毫沒有提前溝通，但是一進房門喜氣洋洋，還給換了喜被，幸福洋溢，推薦大家有婚房需求的可以來維也納，真的非常nice！

酒店比較新，整體感受不錯，隔音也可以，但是服務要加強。網上房間定到兩點退房，12點去房間房卡沒用了，前台沒有任何提前的提示和溝通，必須再到前台去領卡；1：30分正在午休被服務員敲門敲醒説是提醒退房

第一到達酒店以後，戴眼鏡女的前台工作人員找不到我的訂單，第二禮貌禮節方面，工作人員找了半天以後發現是一個男孩子操作失誤把我的訂單做在別人網絡客人上面，跟我現場核對了半天，非説我沒有在網絡預訂，我把訂單號叫地方查詢，對方仍然堅持説沒有下訂單，這就是你們的專業技能，難道我自己能捏造訂單事實從外地跑來貴酒店住一晚；第三當班人員怪男的工作人員失誤弄錯了我的訂單，男孩子在哪裡和我解釋，女工作人員嘴裏罵罵咧咧的這就是你們的服務，我是不想在公共場合有失自己的身份不願去和你們計較，看看你們要滯留我多長時間，總共從到前台到拿卡手上，將近10分鐘時間處理我這個房間。試問當地最好設施設備完善的酒店，軟件服務對客態度如此冷漠，真讓人寒心，專業技能真的有待提升！
