We had a fantastic 4th stay here! The staff is soooooo helpful and kind! We enjoyed the spa and pool as well as room service and playing pool in the bar. The room and view were outstanding and a great way to help us explore Yinchuan and Zhongwei. We were gifted with a bottle of wine as well as a departure present from Kanaan winery. Amazing stay! Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

Service was excellent- the room service menu is fairly priced and tasty and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and efficient. Location is pretty central, but also in a quiet area. There are a lot of electric bikes nearby which you can use easily to get to other places in the city. The room was bigger than it seemed online and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing.
