帶孩子去玩耍，回來路過營口休息一晚。
🚗 交通：離市政府和自貿區很近，大道溜光，車不多，酒店停車也方便有地下車庫。
🔔服務：進大堂就給你量體温，看健康碼，前台小女孩挺熱情，還給解釋説因為疫情防控，別嫌麻煩啥的，上樓正好遇見服務員大姐在那消毒，住的安心。
🍃環境：房間配置沒的説，屋子相當大，有大浴缸，相當帶派。最驚喜的是在健身房邊上有一個單獨的淘氣堡（前台小女孩給推薦的），孩子玩的太開心了。酒店邊上有個大湖，還有個大船不知道幹啥的，不過這風景那是相當的哇塞啊。酒店還有個啤酒花園，晚上整了個水煮魚，烤點串，實話實説，味挺好奧。
整體説，這一趟來住的太值得了。

營口之旅 第一次入住五礦 每次都是路過，坐落在風景秀麗的明湖廣場附近，前台服務熱情（營口民風淳樸善良），早餐豐富並且口味非常好。酒店很安靜，房間乾淨舒心隔音很好。離海邊很近，我會經常光顧這裏的。我喜歡這裏，喜歡營口。

和朋友去營口拍鳥浪，離鳥浪廣場非常近，周邊環境乾淨、肅靜，酒店房間很大，也挺華麗！離鳥浪廣場衹有4.5公里！前台服務也特別好 ，我們定了房間訂錯了也錯過了退訂時間，是前台小姑娘幫我們聯繫攜程把房間退掉從新預訂上。下次過來還會住這裏！

來營口鳥浪廣場拍鳥浪，於是搜了周邊最近的酒店是這個五礦豪生，來了以後不得不説性價比極高！五一期間不僅是鳥浪的高峯期，酒店還安排了各式活動，大家可以毫不猶豫選擇了！
酒店去年剛剛開業，前台工作人員特別熱情，給我們免費升級了房型，窗外風景極好，房間足夠大，住得非常舒服，已經計劃暑假帶娃再來營口玩幾天，還住在這裏！
值得一提的是酒店早餐特棒，建議大家選擇含早餐的預訂，炸藕合，炸黃魚，羊湯，甜甜圈，以及現煮咖啡都是極其推薦的，已經期待下一次的入住啦！

我本人算老五礦老顧客，新五礦重新裝修，價錢上漲，能理解，但是屋內基礎設定跟未翻新之前無區別，價錢增加體現在哪裡？
三大垃圾：
一：上週入住，按金300，這周變為600，我在深圳定居，上海北京也經常出差，這個按金變化？營口物價局知道嗎？
二：房間緊靠最邊，無線網根本連接不上，電視一直無信號，需要自己調試後面才可以，浴室地漏堵不住睡，雖然後期叫人維修。
三：服務人員垃圾，我攜帶孩子入住，在房間出現狀況，酒店問題，但是晚上前台讓我自己下樓取房卡，明明有機器人，故意讓我下樓？不由得懷疑其服務態度。
第二天，正常退房到2點，在未提前告知情況下，1點之前催促我下樓退房，酒店前告知我原因是，為了給團隊騰房，也就是我不配為消費者？所以綜合比較，服務人員服務有待思考。
最後，祝願其酒店開業大吉。
