"It was our first night in china and I immediately fell in love with the host and the location. The atmosphere is amazing, the spirits are near and you accepted as a part of the group the moment you step into it. The host showed us the greatest noodle palace I have ever seen and it’s around the corner. There is an intense party district within 15 minutes of walking. All your wishes will come true in Kailash! Would book again and already thinking about returning in the future. 10/10 would highly recommend."

"It was my first time in Yili. I checked online and found that this hotel was in the railway station business district, so I booked it. The overall environment of the hotel is good and the decoration is luxurious. Especially the breakfast has fresh pure milk with local characteristics (yellow milk skin), as well as Sanzi and pastries made by locals. The room is very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again next time I come to Yili!"

"The hotel staffs were really helpful and service-minded, they helped us book a chartered car to Sayram lake and Takesi city, which really ease up our travel. And they also picked us from the train station. We cannot speak Chinese but they really try to communicate to service us. The room has a great layout that is perfect for a family and it is clean."

"Because we arrived late that day and only stayed for one night, the hygiene was good. The breakfast needs to be improved. The service attitude was very good. I lost a pair of earrings, but I didn't realize it until a few days later. I contacted the hotel and they were still there. This was really good."

"The landlord is very chatting and very enthusiastic! Teddy dog is very close, and there is a white cat Yuanbao. The homestay is newly opened, the facilities are very new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is very convenient to have a washing machine in each room, and you can dry clothes on the roof. The landlord’s parents are very enthusiastic. The apple tree at the entrance of the hotel is planted by the landlord’s Buddha family. I picked a few insect-bite apples. It would be good if there was no added taste! If you have a self-driving car, the landlord will ask in advance to help reserve a parking space. I stayed in Yining for one night and will come again next time!"

"There are cats to welcome you, but the hotel is located in a small alley, and you have to find the parking space by yourself. The toilet is not closed, so it will be very difficult to go to the toilet. There is floor-to-ceiling glass, only one bed on the second floor, the roof is like a loft, and there is only a plug on one side of the bed."

"I have to praise the attention to detail at this hotel! The room had USB charging ports, excellent blackout curtains, and complimentary bottled water and small snacks – so thoughtful! The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water supply was prompt and consistently warm. The best part was the soundproofing; despite the bustling street outside, the room was incredibly quiet. The receptionist was beautiful and provided excellent service; she even helped call a taxi at check-out – a truly exceptional experience!"

First, let's talk about the location. It's diagonally opposite the south entrance of Yining Six Star Street. You can easily walk there via a nearby underpass, which is great as it keeps you away from the noise of the commercial district. The room facilities were surprisingly smart throughout – even the toilet was electric (seemed like an Arrow brand). The central air conditioning also cooled very well, and the amenities were very comprehensive, including toilet seat sanitizing wipes and even laundry detergent. Overall, it's significantly better than hotels of the same caliber in first-tier cities in mainland China. It's a shame I was only transiting through Yining; otherwise, staying a couple more days would have been perfect. The security guard was very helpful. Breakfast was decent, and my child absolutely loved the beef noodles. My time was too limited to take many photos of the room.

I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive days. Let me start with the issues. The hotel's service isn't up to par with such high standards, and the staff's awareness is still at the level of a small hotel. 1. I discovered the shampoo was empty while showering. I called for a bottle six times, and it finally arrived after a 40-minute delay. 2. The next night, when I returned to my room, I found the teacups and other items on the table completely disorganized and untied. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and was still disassembled. Fortunately, the manager on duty was very friendly and handled the situation appropriately. 3. The next morning, the parking QR code suddenly stopped working. The front desk told me to pay first and then add WeChat for reimbursement. When I left that morning, I took a screenshot of the payment information and shared it with the hotel. Finally, around 10 PM, after repeated inquiries, someone transferred the reimbursement. It's understandable that a new hotel would have issues, but for a Hilton-affiliated hotel to rush into a project with such limited training, is it ill-considered and would damage its brand value? Finally, let's discuss the positives. The room hardware meets Hilton Home Suite standards, including a microwave, a small, recyclable sink, and a cutting board, living up to the apartment's aesthetic. The bedding and consumables are standard Hilton brands. The washer and dryer are large and well-equipped, and the gym is well-equipped. The service details in these areas are excellent, with a full complement of spare parts. The fruit plate provided for members upon check-in is average.
Overall, I would still choose Hilton Home Suites again, but I hope the service level can be improved to match.

QQingjiaowohuahuayaNewly opened hotels don't have a distinct atmosphere, but the owner's dedication is immediately apparent upon arrival. I was eager to extend my stay after checking in. This was my first time staying in an all-female youth hostel. Apart from the two male owners, there was no one else in the entire place. They were very discreet and stayed away from the rooms unless they were helping the girls carry their suitcases to the stairs. It felt very safe, especially the owner's wife, who was incredibly cute. Chongqing people are incredibly lively when they chat.
Speaking of the room, the bed was perfectly made and didn't creak. I slept through it until after 1:00 PM on my first day. It was a fantastic sleep, and the first thing I did when I woke up was to extend my lease. I absolutely loved it.

The hostel is surrounded by residential areas and looks quite old. It's very close to the Yili Bus Station, a 10+ minute walk away. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. Foreigners can use Alipay to go to Liuxing Street for 1 yuan, which is a bit of a walk away. Foreigners are welcome to stay, and they can pick up packages.
When you check in, you'll join the hostel group, and you can share lunch and dinner for a reasonable price. They also have barbecue gatherings from time to time, but unfortunately, they didn't happen until I checked out. 😭😭

The surrounding food and attractions are within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for travel and sightseeing! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, they provide smiling service throughout the whole process and all your needs are responded to quickly. The room is even more surprising, the space is spacious and bright, the hygiene details are handled very well, the bedding is clean and soft, and it is very safe to live in. I highly recommend it to friends who come to travel, and I will choose this place next time!

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. LLilyDThe location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city! She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! My first stay here was a perfect experience. I arrived to find a large tour group checking in, but the front desk immediately assigned a dedicated staff member to handle my check-in. This personalized, priority service was a pleasant surprise and truly heartwarming.
The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was so soft, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom facilities were brand new, with instant hot water, and even the toiletries felt luxurious and high-quality.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and showed great attention to detail. The variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and all the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Every bite tasted meticulously prepared.
The location is also unbeatable – perfect for getting around and shopping, everything is just a short walk away. The value for money is absolutely superb.
From now on, whenever I'm in Yining for a business trip, this will be my go-to hotel!

Aaijun_niuThe hotel I stayed at on my first night in Yining was a hotel that had been recommended a lot on Ctrip. It was rated four stars, and it was established late. I judged it to be pretty good, but the overall experience was average.
1. The hygienic condition of the room is relatively good, and the stay is relatively safe. The corridors and elevators are basically in an old and dilapidated state, so that my impression of Yining is that of a remote small city. Later I went to other places in the city and hotels. I found that this is not the case, so if you want to experience Yining in depth, it is recommended to stay in other better hotels.
2. The location of the hotel is quite good, and it is basically in a relatively prosperous area. However, there are relatively narrow streets outside the hotel, and there is basically no scenery to see. On the first night, I just looked forward to going to bed after dark, and leaving here to go to other places the next day.
3. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. For breakfast, you have to go to the breakfast shop next door. It should be a cooperation between the two parties. Hotel guests can self-service for free, but drinking milk, soy milk and cooking noodles need to be paid separately. In other words, staying in this hotel is Forget about drinking milk and eating noodles. This made me wonder if milk and soy milk were scarce in Yining.
Taken together, the standard of this hotel should be chain-friendly and comfortable, and Ctrip's high-end standard should be random.

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

PPupuzhangThe owner was incredibly kind, almost to the point of being embarrassing. They helped us store our luggage in advance and even carried our suitcases upstairs during check-in. When we came back in the middle of the night, they even let us use a different room to shower, and they didn't treat us any differently just because we booked a special offer room. Their hospitality really made me feel much more positive about this city.
The inn is conveniently located not far from the entrance of Liuxing Street and also close to the bus station, making it very easy for transportation and transfers. This was especially convenient after a long day of sightseeing; being able to walk straight upstairs after strolling down Liuxing Street, even past midnight, was a huge plus.
The hallway and room have a nostalgic feel, reminding me of guesthouses from my childhood. The air conditioning and walls, however, are very new.
I could tell they take hygiene seriously from the bathroom; the cleaning supplies were very comprehensive.
