We were given an upgrade to our room. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which included stewed Yonezawa beef.

A very friendly and good hotel with good beds and a nice big lobby with sofa corners. Highly recommended!

Not all of the staff at the lobby reception counter were very sluggish. I especially wanted the female staff to be trained a bit more. For example, even though I explained the destination and time in advance when I made the reservation for Takushi, the trip was significantly delayed and the destination was hardly communicated to the driver.

Room condition is good and breakfast is delicious. It's a bit disappointing that there are no changes to the menu. Overall it was very good.

I was able to relax in a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was also delicious and very nice. However, it was a bit of a hassle to find a taxi when it was time to go home.

It's a little far from the station, but the location was good. The building itself was a little old, but the room was clean and I was able to stay comfortably.

From accepting at the front desk to sending off at checkout, it was smooth and polite from beginning to end, and I had a very pleasant time. Also, dinner was very enjoyable with a fresh taste.

I stayed here for one night. I arrived after 10pm on a Friday night, so I couldn't go to the bar or restaurant on the ground floor. However, the bar looked nice from the outside. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The room had space to open my suitcase, which was helpful. It's a normal business hotel, but I had no problems staying there comfortably. There are restaurants and izakayas nearby, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink before 10pm. I arrived late at night, so I had a hard time finding a restaurant that was open, though. I think this is a good option if you're booking a hotel in the center of Yonezawa.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a delicious Yonezawa beef restaurant nearby, so I was very satisfied.

Rebranded last year, this is the only Tokyu hotel in the Tohoku region. Only four cars can be parked in the parking lot in front, and the rest have to be parked in a parking lot a little further away. It can be a problem when it's snowing, but it's not a problem at other times, and it's spacious and nice. The rooms are pretty ordinary, about the same size as REI-type rooms. However, there is a cassette coffee maker, so it's a little bit higher grade. The breakfast restaurant has been renovated, so it has a calm a**osphere and the food is delicious, so in this respect I feel it is like an Excel hotel.

The staff were really kind and willing to answer any questions I had. The only two things that bothered me were that the heating and cooling could not be switched between rooms, and that the toilet was old and didn't flush easily. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The interior of the room was very simple and easy to use, and the staff were all very kind and I was very satisfied.
