Excellent service. Excellent facilities. You will be amazed with the view and all the facilities. Definitely worth your visit! Enjoyed the two wonderful days in this hot spring resort!

酒店環境非常好，窗外就是山谷，山風清涼還帶着鄉村特有的氣息。
自帶的泡池熱水很大，放一會兒就滿了。就是泡池稍微有點深，有個台階給坐一下就好了。
因為是工作日，露天温泉人超級少，但是又很乾凈，更衣室地板一根頭髮都看不見，很乾凈。泡池的服務人員翁麗姜也很熱情，進門會給你介紹一遍池子的分佈，還會主動給倒茶和換幹浴巾。
溶洞泡池簡直泡澡聖地，池子外面就是峭壁山崖，美中不足的是池子温度都偏低，最高也才39度，再高一點就更好了。
送的門票我和老公選擇了白馬峽谷，整個景區衹有我們兩個人，但是水清澈凜冽，不輸名山。
非常完美的一次錯峯出行體驗！

酒店的服務特別好，一開始訂了別墅的房間但是因為面朝玻璃棧道所以就申請換了房間，第二個房間因為天氣原因又沒有網最終又給我們換到了主樓的複式，服務特別周到，複式的房間很棒，早餐也很好，温泉也很不錯

這家酒店在十年前來過，當時住的木屋已經全部拆除改成小別墅了。目前還非常新，設施完備，希望這些硬件能保持完善維護。
陽台對着青山，雲霧繚繞，加上山上林木，妥妥一個水墨丹青。
養生墅其實比較適合2個家庭，小朋友住一起，大人各自一間。室內外泡池放水都很快，室外池對着山，特別舒服。室內池邊上還有幹蒸房。樓上客廳還配有自動麻將桌哈。
要説美中不足的，就是面積其實不大。對比安溪悦泉，武夷椿柏這些，沒有花園。
服務比起十年前進步太多了。有什麼需求微信告訴管家，立刻安排了。反應非常迅速，好像就時刻守着微信一樣哈。
室外泡池和無邊泳池沒過去，小朋友自己結伴去了。無邊泳池是早上開放，據説一般。公共泡池下午兩點開，小孩子很喜歡。還提供免費的吃吃喝喝哈。
總之現在的永泰御温泉很值得度個小假期或者週末。

温泉非常好，整個人身心舒暢，皮膚都感覺變好了，雖然天氣不好，但是温泉部所有的服務人員非常熱情，温暖，特別是翁麗姜和胡瑞蘭，從我們進去到離開全程都在服務我們，非常熱情貼心，感謝她們。酒店整體服務非常好，每個員工服務意識很強，賓至如歸的感覺，環境也非常好，大自然的天然氧吧。下次還會首選過來度假。

服務特別贊，網上定了主樓雙床房，因為主樓的暖氣設備在檢修，給我免費升級換了温泉別墅套房，早餐可以送到房間吃，在約好的時間準時送到，菜品多，口感好，入住和退房都很方便，服務員會幫助搬行李。酒店環境優美，別墅裏的温泉池夠大也很乾凈。特色項目白馬峽谷景區值得走一走，是天然大氧吧。

房間:乾淨衞生又寬敞，落地窗外山景如畫。帶泡池的真心推薦，出水有大又快，既適合一起泡，也適合個人獨享。乾濕分離，那個淋浴水大的可以把煩惱都沖掉。
温泉:依山而建，各種特色湯池，樹上泡池和無邊際泳池，讓人流連忘返，如入世外桃源。青龍滑漂孩子們也很喜歡。自助早餐也不錯。
服務:客房服務周到送東西也及時，出門可坐觀光車直達各個地點。真心感謝🙏温泉部餘金鳳，陳新金等無微不至，悉心體貼周到的服務，讓人賓至如歸，好的員工真是企業的財富！下次還會再來，並且會推薦親朋好友。離店時，總想多呼吸幾口這個天然氧吧…🤭 總之一句話:值得推介👍👍

房間都很乾凈整潔，浴袍浴巾温泉那邊和房間裏都有提供，酒店的服務人員都很熱情，温泉也很舒服。就是大家記得自己帶泳衣，在酒店買的話比較貴。
2大1小白馬峽谷/水簾洞門票 二選一:送的門票去了白馬峽谷，散散步挺好，不累，但是也沒有什麼特別的地方，水很漂亮。
