1、下午四點入住，一直沒人聯繫説房號和密碼，不知道沒有前台，在大廳等了半個小時，找攜程客服才打電話聯繫上。 2、態度很差，説衞生打掃要時間，四點沒入住怪我們沒給他們打電話，叫我們退房。 3、床壞了，一直晃，移動了沙發才頂住。 衞生挺乾淨的，寒假來過一次，那時候的那個客服提前聯繫了態度也很好，所以暑假又訂結果換了個客服，態度太差了，下次不來了。
