The New Guantang Hotel under Kaiyuan opened in May 2022 with a very high cost performance. Compared with other Guantangs such as Zheng's Seventeen Rooms Guantang, Yuyao is the best and Seventeen Rooms is just like Seventeen Little Wives, which is a bad pen. The overall experience is good. The three ancient buildings are very distinctive. The back garden is also very large. Every blade of grass and every tree is a Jiangnan scenery. The room is nice. The living room is below and the bedroom is above. There are many activities and the children have a lot of fun. The only shortcoming is that the tourists are not separated from the guests staying in the hotel. Some non-staying people came to the room and almost rushed into the room. Safety and privacy are not guaranteed. The service is in place. When we heard that the room smelled very strong, they immediately moved the air purifier and debugged it for us. The sound insulation of the old wooden house is still not very good. The sound of the neighbors talking and the sound of going up and down the stairs can be heard at night. The mattress is very soft, which is a bit painful for me as a lumbar disc herniation.

The hotel is very unique, the old house is beautiful, and the elderly are very happy to stay. They sent fruits twice, sometimes organic rice as souvenirs, and there were greetings and smiles along the way 😊

Pet-friendly hotel, it's convenient to stay on the first floor with your dog. The receptionist likes dogs very much and can remember the dog's name, which is a plus. The whole hotel is garden-style, which is beautiful, but there are not many parking spaces, and there is still construction nearby, which makes it less fun

The hotel's architecture and environment are in the traditional Chinese garden style. It is definitely the best hotel in Yuyao. The hygiene, environment, service and facilities are excellent and it is worth recommending!
