"The room (twin bed) is large and clean. The staffs are also very friendly. Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance."
"The hotel is particularly exquisite. No matter the facilities, services, dining, etc., it is very attentive and the details are very good! The decoration style of the room is very consistent with my aesthetic. I will recommend it to more friends! The hotel is located in Buda, Budapest. It is very convenient to the Fisherman's Bastion, the Royal Palace, and the Elizabeth Bridge. Next door is a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a park downstairs, and it is especially comfortable to walk in the morning and evening! Stayed for many days in a row!"

"It's a nice hotel. The reception at the front desk is warm. The facilities and equipment are clean and tidy. The various layouts and designs in the room are very good. It can be seen that the hotel owner has put great effort into the design and management of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This hotel The location is relatively remote and suitable for self-driving tours. It is a very good choice. I recommend it."
"Our room type is a bit like 㓥 room
I don't know why there is a locker in the bathroom.
The design is a bit like the staff has a finished room
Older facilities, fewer breakfast options
Although there is a parking lot, it is very narrow."
"The location is excellent, go out and turn left 500 meters to the central square.
The service is excellent, and the lobby bar is great.
The disadvantage is that the room is small.
A century-old historical building, originally a bank, was changed to a hotel last year. The rooms have minimal decoration."
"This hotel at the same price is not bad, the room is not small, the new decoration is relatively clean, the hotel's breakfast is good, the service staff is very friendly,"
"This hotel is cost-effective. It’s just that it took a while to change the hotel. Dry cleaning is cheaper. You can drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. The breakfast is average, and there is always bread and milk."
"The hotel is conveniently located, just opposite the station. The front desk is enthusiastic and professional. The room is clean and hygienic. Hot water is supplied in a timely manner. There is a small refrigerator. The stay experience is good."

Very Good
柳柳純一From Zagreb station, take the tram 2 or 6 and the stop is not painful if you get off at the Zagreb bus station.
This is good if you want to take advantage of the Zagreb bus station. There is no breakfast (you can procure it because there is a 24-hour bakery at the bus station), but you can substitute it because there is a kettle and a pack of tea and coffee and sticks. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
Wi-Fi is strong and stress-free.
There is air conditioning so you can deal with the heat of summer or off-season.
The facilities are brand new so you can spend very cozy.
RRobert CarlsonThis is a relatively new hotel, and it's sparkling clean. We had a modest-sized room, very clean and comfortable. The thermostat was not responsive, but we cracked open a window, and it was fine - we're cold sleepers. A bath tub was a nice plus. Our booking included breakfast, and we ate there two mornings. The buffet selection was extensive, probably the best breakfast buffet we've seen, except for one exceptional hotel in Dubai. And the staff, from the front desk to the dining area, could not have been more helpful.
Two items that could improve the experience: The refrigerator was the smallest that we've ever seen, maybe a cubic foot, if that. A dorm-sized fridg would be a major improvement for those, like us, who need a refrigerator. The second improvement would be providing a small microwave. In the United States, even budget hotels will feature a microwave. Maybe this is a European thing, but we really missed having a microwave.
All that aside, we would definitely stay here again. In this price range, it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever booked, here or in the States.
不不摂生な旅人It was a very beautiful and great hotel. It's a little off the center of Zagreb, but on the contrary, it's nice to be quiet and calm. The room was small but functional. There was also a free mini bar and water, which was enough as a service. Next time I come to Zagreb, I would like to stay again.
ZZen DaI highly recommend this hotel, amazing modern interior, one of the most exquisite breakfasts I've had. The bathroom had amazing body cosmetics.Good location - close to the highway, so you can quickly get out of the city. The center is 5-6 km away. They have a large underground parking. You won't regret staying here!!!

RRonan PatrickHad a great stay at the Sheraton. Room was spacious and gym and other facilities were great. Location is relatively close to the bus station but a bit of a walk from the Old Town. Great breakfast in the morning, although the machine coffee taste was not great.

AAnonymous UserEverything is nice except the fact that this is the first hotel that I've been to that the housekeeping came by so early. They will leave a note by the door saying that you are supposed to contact the receptionist to ask for them to clean (everyday if you miss them). Which is what I did, but then one day they still didn't come by and clean (not sure why). I think the system could have been better by maybe having two side of door note so the housekeeping will also know if you want your room to be cleaned or not.
The rest I can't really complain, breakfast spread is good. Location wise is a bit off but walkable to tram stops, again depending on where you are heading to.
LLegend SunThe hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to the surrounding tourist attractions. There is free parking. Although the hotel has been renovated for a long time, the decoration is very well maintained. The hotel breakfast is also good.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has several issues that affected my stay.
First, the lighting design is poor—there’s a harsh spotlight in front of the TV that is uncomfortable, yet turning it off makes the room too dark, leaving no good lighting options.
Second, the air quality is concerning. The room has visible dust floating in the air, especially under the lights, and there’s no ventilation since the windows can’t be opened. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for those sensitive to air quality.
Noise pollution is another major problem. The poor soundproofing allows outside noise and hallway sounds to be clearly heard, disturbing sleep. Additionally, the duvet is unusually heavy, which may not be comfortable for all guests.
After just one night, my friend developed allergy symptoms and caught a cold, while I experienced headaches, throat discomfort, nasal congestion, and dry eyes—possibly due to the dust and poor air circulation. While the hotel looks good in photos, the actual experience was disappointing. I hope they improve air quality, cleanliness, and noise control to provide a more comfortable stay.
GGuest UserI recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. Many thanks

BBartek W. SowińskiBittersweet stay at Speeka. Bad weather first 2 days and few mayor sites still closed due to earthquake in 2020. Hostel is located at 3-lanes main street so prepare for the traffic almost 24/7. Windows are old so don't stop the noise. 1st two nights I slept in room number 9 and there were two other cranky beds making so much noise with every move made. Then I moved to nr 6 and it was much better.
Staying there you need to be also prepared for coffee, tea and hot water shortages. And those shabby walls make an impression that the owner doesn't want to invest too much in renovation. Good thing is that hostel is in walking distance from the old town and everything is actually very closed.
People are nice and helpful, thanks to the lady at the reception I managed to print a ticket for 2Cellos - without it I wouldn't enter cause they don't have scanners to read a ticket on smartphone screen. But the concert itself was also sad, maybe cause of those strings sound. I don't know what happened but most likely will visit Zagreb in a few years again and stay at some better place.
