The hotel is a four-star hotel with a good location, only 10 minutes away from the city center. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, the reception is warm and thoughtful, and the service is in place. It is a recommended place to stay for tourists to Zadao.

excellent location specially for this period,very close to the center but also with private parking.Sea view rooms very comfortable,high quality of bed and very nice bathroom. Staff very polite and helpfull. Breakfast could be better but it was OK.

Staff so helpful and friendly could not do enough for us big shout out to reception and bar staff made our stay perfect. Location is excellent will definitely be back and highly recommend to all. The whole team working together makes our vacation memorable

We were given a room that smelled like sewage and had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Make staff were so incredibly rude, shockingly patriarchal, self righteous and unhelpful we had to leave for a better hotel and environment. The only acceptable thing about this hotel is the hotel manager who is a professional lady who agreed to refund the money for two out of three nights we were supposed to spend at the hotel. Everything else is utterly below standard, dirty to the point of making you physically sick, and to be avoided at all costs.

Paid 50 euro for a transfer from the airport, but the transfer never showed up. We called the hotel and they said the transfer was on the way. After about 20 minutes in record heat, we chose our own cab and paid 20 euro to go to the hotel. We requested a refund on the airport transfer, but the hotel staff declined. Instead they asked for a taxi receipt to prove we paid for a cab. Seriously? I recommend not questioning your guests' integrity. Our room seemed more or less clean, but not going to win awards in that area. Also, there was a large chair missing one of the four feet, so it constantly wobbled. We did not bother to tell the hotel staff about this, as they were generally unwelcoming and we did not expect any resolution. Cut our trip short and went to another hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful to give us tips on our time in Zakynthos. There is a very handy shower room that helped us to refresh after enjoying one more day at the beach (Zante Town beach is just outside the hotel) before heading to the airport. Great location and restaurant.
