Zhangjiajie Hotels with Airport pickup service

Location was just perfect, directly opposite the TianMen Mountain Cable car. Room was so comfortable. The breakfast was great (especially eating so many days of Chinese food), there was many variety to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant there were friendly. Kudos to Chef Hu. There was another two aunty staffs (which I have forgotten their name, but should be from housekeeping) that were of great help, the laundry dryer was so packed till everyone was queueing to use them. They took out extra dryers from the storeroom for our use. Really appreciate their help . 👍👍👍

Couldn't recommend this place enough. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It's in a great location in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of food, shops and activity around it, yet you do not hear any noise from the rooms. Only 5 minutes walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and 10 minutes drive to the airport. Xiaoqian made our experience even better with some very friendly service and even upgraded our room for free. We were very happy with our experience and when we asked to extend our stay by an extra night, Xiaoqian offered a discounted rate. Highly recommended for your stay in Zhangjiajie.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the Tianmen Shan cable car. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We travelled in winter and the air conditioner worked very well when we needed to warm the room.

LOVE the place !!! Good location, right next to the TMS cableway station..so whenever u took a cab/DiDi.. just let them know the cableway station you will find your way back. Next, the lady receptionists were AWERSOME!, Friendly cheerful, being greeted upon return. Help to make arrangement for car to transport me to WLY scenic area. One occasion without transport, I was pointed to take a shuttle bus from the bus station directly to the Canyon. Although there are no welcome drink, was greeted with water :) and some snacks...The inn provides *****s of notes to direct cust to various places too. Lastly end of my trip, I was treated a Vit C filled orange before I headed for the Airport...

My wife, toddler, and I loved our four-night stay at Lanting. It is closely situated to the east gate of the Wulingyuan scenic area. The breakfast was extensive (all Chinese cuisine) and the restaurant decent, too. But the best part was their service. All of their staff members were eager to help in any they could. One hotel employee (Xiao Ting 小婷) provided daily recommendations and itinerary plans that allowed us to maximize our time. I highly recommend it!

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is not very new, but relatively clean. The service is not very standard, the room is not cleaned actively, and the front desk needs to be informed. Breakfast is eaten at the restaurant across the road, and the taste is not bad. Zhangjiajie is humid, but the room is relatively dry and I slept well.

Ticks all the boxes of an elegant resort hotel. Enough staff who understand English for communication at any time to not be a pain. Services were excellent. A special shout out to Ms. Pan for going out of her way to help us with our train ticket problem. Our room was spacious and luxurious; bed, linen, toiletries were premium quality. Breakfast had everybody covered. The hotel, next door up from the busier Pullman hotel is in the most scenic area of Wulingyan. There is a night market and an enclave of restaurants nearby yet oddly the area remains calm and very walkable. The hotel is about 7 to 10 rmb ( less than $2) from most places in town an 40 rmb from the fast train station. We did not use anybody's travel services as it was not difficult to get around. Locals call this hotel ”nabally;” neodalle” will get you a blank stare. Show them the hotel's business card and you'll be fine. All in all I'd choose to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It is well worth a 40% premium over Pullman.

We loved our stay at Manyuan resort hotel. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Her name was Yuanyuan. She planned the itinerary for our entire holiday and even helped us in buying discounted tickets. She even helped coordinate with a bakery to deliver a great birthday cake for my mother’s birthday. Her customer service really impressed us and further enhanced the quality of our stay. The rooms at the hotel are very modern and spacious. We stayed in a family room which had lots of toys for our young child. There was a trampoline and slide in the room too which made our son very happy. The location of the hotel is central and just a 10 minute walk to Wulingyuan scenic area and a 7-8 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Overall, I rate this hotel five stars.

This is a MUST stay hotel if you are going to Tian Men Shan. The walking distance is 5mins away from the entrance! The room is clean and we love staying here! However, if you are going without tourist guide, then better don’t join any in Zhang Jia Jie. At first we were paying the counter (tourist guide in the hotel) a deposit to buy the entrance ticket, but when we back to hotel after lunch, the person said they couldn’t proceed our ticket and want us to pay everything in full first. Then we immediately request to took back our money and go by ourselves

I can give it a five-star recommendation! Reasons for recommendation: ① The boss is cute and the management is attentive The boss is very enthusiastic. After checking in, everyone will be given a special map of the scenic spot, and he will tell you in detail how to visit the scenic spot and how to take the route. I deliberately pretended to be a novice to test whether the boss was cheating me. The actual test proved that the boss was indeed a real person. On the first floor, everyone can warm up by the fire and drink free cold-repelling ginger tea. By the way, I would like to share with you a little tip for choosing a reliable B&B. I will specifically look for owners who quarrel with users who leave negative reviews in B&B reviews, especially those who leave negative reviews with just one line of words. The boss gives There are dozens of well-founded reasons, and the response to each negative review is different. It is obvious to the naked eye that this kind of boss cares about the store he runs. The chance of being wronged is relatively small, so he can rush. ② Nice room, delicious food Because we went in the off-season, the entire inn was very quiet at night and not too noisy, which ensured a good night's sleep. The room is very clean, comparable to other hotels in the same period, but the price is more affordable. The room is also very complete with various small equipment, such as basic toiletries, hair dryers and sewing boxes, which is very considerate. The hot water in the room is also very powerful in winter, and there is no problem of the water suddenly getting cold in the middle. It is basically hot to the bottom throughout. The room air conditioner can heat and the effect is good. However, there are no disposable slippers in the room, only ordinary plastic slippers. Friends who are more concerned about this can pick up a pair of disposable slippers from other hotels in advance. The B&B will provide breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning. I recommend rice noodles (because I only ate rice noodles), with prunes, pickled beans, chili and eggs. A bowl of it is delicious and warm, and then you can go hiking with energy. At 5:30 in the evening, the boss will cook firewood rice on the top floor of the B&B. It is very fragrant. Friends who like Xiangxi bacon should not miss it.
