Excellent Stay with Breathtaking Views and Top-notch Service I had an amazing experience at the Huatian Grand Zhangjiajie Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the cableway, making it super convenient for exploring the stunning Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The view from the hotel is incredible; waking up to those mountain landscapes was unforgettable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh, creating a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were all professional and kind, but I want to give a special mention to Miss Táng Gāoyǎ, who went above and beyond. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and warmth really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its strategic location, stunning views, cleanliness, and outstanding service. It was the perfect base for our Zhangjiajie adventure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. Staff were exceptional, location spot on, hotel was great. Zhu from the tourist office was amazing. Booked our tickets for sight seeing, arranged transport etc. so professional and efficient. Our stay was fabulous. Definitely recommend it

This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly ”You're back”. Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

I’ve been solo traveling for the past month, and this has been the most enjoyable stay so far. I’m an ABC from New York with limited conversational mandarin. Both the female and male receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me in creating my itinerary for the next three days in Zhanjiajie and even offered to help me purchase entrance tickets to the parks. The male receptionist was particularly kind and made me an Americano every morning, as I mentioned that I drink two to three cups of coffee daily back home. The hotel is centrally located, with the night market just around the corner. There are numerous shops and food stalls to satisfy any cravings you may have. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the East Gate or a 30-minute bus ride to the South Gate. My room was spacious and had a balcony facing the street. It was also a great bonus that the hotel had a gym equipped with dumbbells, a barbell, and a pull-up bar. It’s important to stay active and burn off some calories, right? Unfortunately, the hotel only had washing machines but no dryers. So, I had to hang my clothes on the rooftop, which had a designated area for drying clothes with plenty of sunlight. That’s when I discovered the true gem of this hotel—a rooftop with a breathtaking panoramic view of Wulingyuan. During my stay, I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel owner. He and his family reside on the third floor, where he spends his days tending to the gardens and cooking for his family. He was very friendly and shared that he had opened the hotel 15 years ago. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. You’ll have just as enjoyable a time as I did!

This was an amazing stay and the host was so incredibly kind. He helped me navigate Wulingyuan forest park and get tickets for Tianmen Mountain too. He was checking in all the time to make sure everything and OK. The food was so good too, I text my order everyday and he had it ready for the time we had arranged. It was very tasty! All around a great trip!

We had a very good experience over there. The owner is very friendly. He picked us up from Wulingyuan Bus Station. (You need to take bus from Zhangjiajie Bus station which is right next the Zhangjiajie Railway Station to Wulingyuan). This homestay is located in the quiet place along with a small stream. The room is very clean with free breakfast(P6). The homestay is 5 mins driving away to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner also offered detailed travel plan for us, so we had a great time in the national park. We loved their home cooking local foods so much!!!!!( I attached the menu below). We stayed there for 5 days, we ate out the first day. After we tried their cooking, we didn't eat out anymore. We texted owner before we came back. When we arrived homestay all the dishes had been ready. We highly recommend this homestay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, situated very close to the boarding point of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, making it extremely convenient for visitors. It is also easily accessible from Zhangjiajie High-Speed Railway Station, allowing for a hassle-free journey. The front desk staff provides excellent service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. The room offers a stunning view, is impeccably clean, and provides a comfortable stay, making it a great choice for travelers looking for both convenience and comfort.

Food was great, the service from Rain as excellent, he helped us a lot with all of our questions,  booking tickets etc. His English is excellent and he has a lot of info and tips. The location is far from the other town, but very close to the West gate and the hotel can drop you off to visit the park each morning. We loved the tranquility and views from the hotel. If you don’t mind staying at the hotel once there, it’s perfect. It’s far from any restaurants etc but the food and options are solid, especially if only staying a few days. The hot water and water pressure was at times iffy, but Rain fixed it for us immediately each time. There’s a beautiful little walking path down the valley, and a garden. Pool wasn’t heated or open while we were there in March but looks beautiful. The room is as described and very nice. Highly recommend and would go back again.
