AAllenguoguoAfter years of staying in hotels on our trips, we decided to try a guesthouse this time, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Our accommodation was a beautiful Xiangxi stilt house, set in a lovely environment. Surrounded by mountains, the scenery was stunning. It was quiet, safe, and even had an outdoor swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved. We could also take the little ones fishing, prawning, and feeding cats – truly perfect for families!
All the food served was home-grown and home-raised by the owner. The local free-range chicken was delicious, and the cured pork hock was also excellent. They prepared the Sanxiaguo dish exactly to our liking, adjusting it to our preferences. The ingredients were fresh, clean, and completely trustworthy. Plus, the courtyard dining area offered wonderful views. For a trip, you really can't beat a place with such a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing environment. What's more, it's conveniently located not far from the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area, just about a twenty-minute drive away. Giving this guesthouse a perfect 100% rating!

我願稱之為此次湖南之行性價比最高的民宿。床墊和被子超級舒服！房間提供咖啡，一次性眼罩，莓茶（都可以帶走），另外給泡腳桶一個大大的好評（誰懂啊，走了一天路，爬了一天山，回到家熱熱的水泡個腳的感覺啊！）另外，小狗大黃一衹，小貓小白一衹，可愛死了，（前一天我們到的晚大黃沒看見我們，第二天吃早餐的時候正好老闆出去了，它拽着我們的褲腳就要兇兇的把我們往外趕，等姐姐一回來立馬變成了乖狗狗，讓你摸和你玩也不咬了）在民宿的門前就能看見天門洞，唯一的遺憾大概是時間上比較緊張，沒有時間在老闆姐姐家多住幾晚，沒有時間在張家界多玩幾天。乘坐高鐵到張家界西站後快到站時可以打電話給老闆姐姐開車接站，如果到的比較早，可以讓姐姐把行李箱直接拉回民宿，把我們直接送去景區（不用自己回民宿放行李就節省時間啦！）我們先去的天門山，從天門山下來提前給姐姐打電話，姐姐會來接（也是享受了一次奔馳車接車送啦），民宿可以提前點菜在這吃飯（我們時間比較趕沒吃上，但是超級香！），第二天在姐姐家吃的米粉（很像西園寺素麪的味道），去哪裡玩的話，姐姐會很詳細給你介紹景點怎麼玩！

OOng She-NaThe place is clean and the staff are all friendly. If you have any questions or needed help to understand about the attractions routes and recommendations, they will be able to advise and help you book the tickets. Their location is up in a hill, there’s a pick up service provided by the hotel from the station or airport to the hotel. The view is extremely beautiful, waking up and having breakfast to the view of the mountain every morning is a very zen experience. The room is spacious enough for you to put and open up ur luggages. Will recommend this place for your stay in ZJJ.

MM469196****Wow, they don't just offer hand-drawn maps; the landlady also provided personalized guidance tailored to our schedule and energy levels. Armed with their map, we slowly explored the beautiful scenery of Zhangjiajie, which filled each of us with delight. We originally planned to stay only one night, but with such a stunning location and such a heartwarming guesthouse, we decided to extend our stay for another night. It's only a 3-minute walk directly to the East Gate of the scenic area, and the Biaozhi Gate is also nearby. There are plenty of affordable breakfast restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are clean, quiet, and incredibly charming in their simplicity. The landlady is so kind and always reminded us to bring water. Every day, there were many guests, including numerous international visitors, and everyone seemed truly happy. We're incredibly fortunate to have encountered such a wonderful guesthouse during our travels, and we'll definitely be recommending it to all our friends.

Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan.
Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing.
Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions.
Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests.
I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door.
I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking.
Overall highly recommended!

JJimmyThis is my second time staying here and I decided to come back for another night after receiving exceptional service from Dan Dan (丹丹).
I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and they were able to arrange transfers to my final destination Tianmen mountain.
I really appreciated even when Dan Dan wasn't on duty during the day, she would message me detailed instructions for the next day and check in to make sure everything was okay.
As was last time, my room was clean, comfortable and I enjoyed the rice noodles at the hotel breakfast.
Dan Dan provided a lovely farewell on my last day which was the perfect end to my Zhangjiajie journey ☺️

CChanRickRickWe had a great time here. The Inn is what you would expect for this price range. Nice size, clean, good shower. Room cleaned and towels changed everyday. The location is very conveniently within a short walking distance to the East Gate of the National Forest Park. The street food is just round the corner. Bus station also very close by. The best thing about this Inn is the staff. They will help you with anything. Just ask. Tickets ,Directions, Food etc. They helped us purchase tickets to the National Park, Grand Canyon and Charming Xiangxi Cultural Show, all at a discount than online or at the door. Great family run Inn. Keep up the good work.

KKamil KufelThe hotel is located within a few minutes walk from the entrance to the park, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was very helpful and booked us tickets to the park and suggested the route we should take to maximize use of our time. Despite speaking no English communication with the staff was very efficient due to great translation device they have. Breakfast was good. Transfer service was amazing - very modern clean car and excellent driver. Room was fabulous as well, very clean and well equipped matching photos on trip.com. In overall fantastic experience, we would happily return. Thank you

GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountain of Lotus Airport. They are responsible for airport pick-up, which is very convenient. They are also responsible for sending us to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, which is really considerate.
The B&B environment is very good, and it has everything for food, accommodation and transportation. Satisfied! Very satisfied!
