Great experience than you pay. Staff very helpful, all the questions he will find and answer to you. I looking for places to take pictures will old building style and local street food, he inform to go to area near zhangjiajie hospital. Room clean, quite and strong water.

very good room and location along with friendly staff. there’s also a washer if you need to do laundry. highly recommend

We have had an amazing experience, seriously we couldn't be happier. The staff (especially Niko) have been super helpful since the very first moment we got here, giving us the necessary information so we could plan our activities in the best way. Niko speaks English well, but if there is any misunderstanding he can help out with the live translation software. He has been very friendly and made everything he could to make our experience even better. The room is great, clean and bright - exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was also the best bathroom we've been to throughout China. The location couldn't be better, as it's on a quiet street in a beautiful neighbourhood with no cars and plenty of restaurants, and super close to the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Thanks for everything!

My friend and I stayed for three nights here. The receptions is super nice and speaks good englisch - this is something we didn’t expect and a pleasant surprise. Further, it is 5 min away from the Ticket Center for Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was nice and clean. Would definitely come again to this hotel!

The hotel is very well located near the cable car of Tianmen Moutains and you have many restaurants near the hotel. The room was very clean and the receptionist was amazing. She gave us many recommendations and advice.

Overall, our experience was ok. You pay for what you get. However, the first night was not so good. I think the owner of this hotel should really fix the rooms on the 5th floor (see photos). Our first night was horrible. There was a lot of noise and the room was not clean. However, the staff is lovely and willing to help. They deserve all the credit. They could even speak well English! They arranged that we could transfer to another room and that room was better, thank you! Due to the service of the employees we have enjoyed our stay. We believe that the boss should appreciate his employees more and fix the rooms properly.

The overall was fabulous. The location, the room was perfect. Hotel staff was very helpful and can communicate in English. Definitely recommended!!

They have a good service and very helpful close to tianmenshan cable car easy to walk. Easy to find a food nearby.

Very nice, cosy and well located guesthouse (5 min walk from the cable car to Tianmen Mountain). The receptionist Tian Xin very friendly, willing to help with both organisation and information was a big plus of this guest Haus. The room was great, clean and the necessary for sleeping and personal care. In the surrounding area excellent small, cosy and typical places to eat. I highly recommend this place.

Front desk girls very good response and helpful. Clean room. Within walking distance to Tianmen Shan.

My friend and I were so happy with that was plenty of hot water. The front desk staff member was really helpful, spoke great English, and responded promptly when we messaged her with questions. The location is conveniently near a u-shaped food street and 5 minute walk to the ticket office for Tianmen mountain. The street is safe and well lit. Initially the hotel was a little tucked away but by showing the address to different aunties or uncles on the road, they pointed us in the right direction.

The best hotel… I stay in this hotel for 5 nights good location, valuable price.. Receptionist booking ticket to tourist attractions cheaper than at the ticket office and have very good service mind…

The staff, she was very nice and helpful. She helped booking the tickets before my arrival. Also helped me answering travel related questions during my stay.
