酒店服務這方面真的很不錯，入住時前台注意到我們帶着小女兒，沒等我們開口，就主動尋問我們是否需要後，特意讓人送來了小盆友專用的拖鞋和牙具，真的感到非常貼心。房間空間很大，獨立的辦公桌椅讓小盆友有了舒適畫畫的地方。周邊環境也很好，旁邊就是公園，日出和日落隨手一拍就能出片。唯一的遺憾就是房間裏的電視機不能投屏，畢竟小盆友喜歡的動畫片都在手機VIP裏

前台的服務死板，沒有靈活性，酒店凡事朝南的房間，空調聲音巨大，就算是最高樓層晚上也無法入睡。換房間就浪費了一個小時，最好加錢換了北向的陰冷房間。體驗還不如上一次。不會再去了。

龍湖大酒店是招遠五星級酒店，周圍有山有水，環境漂亮。這次與兒子回老家，第一次入住，體會很好，服務熱情，環境休閑，十分滿意。一點小建議，床頭控制櫃晚上一直亮着，影響睡眠。
