前台一個工作人員服務差，剛開始要定家庭房281，到了之後她説攜程上的價格她們不能讓我入住，説是太低了，平台沒經她們同意私自調的價，在説話的空家庭房全部在系統裏空開了，讓我沒房訂。太差勁了，我給平台打電話的諮詢的空，價格上調到321。體驗感太差了

價位合理，房間有點小，但是位置不錯，周邊可以走走，離動物園和河南博物院都不算太遠，可以坐公交或騎車溜達。

酒店服務態度很好，睡眠不好，酒店前台就給安排安靜的房間，一樓大廳也有可以休息的地方，還有賣吃的和日用品，就不用出去買了，還有可以休閑借閲的書。二樓餐廳也很不錯，每天的早餐是自助餐，可以自己選，味道也很不錯。停車也很方便🎉🎉

差到極點了簡直，感覺不舒服的有
熱水是壞的，基本等於沒有熱水，保修後倒是派了個人過來，倒騰了個把小時愣是沒修好，跟前台説要換房間結果説住滿了沒法換讓將就一下。
這個時間後半夜還是冷，打開衣櫃倒是放了兩床被子，結果那被子臟的簡直沒法看，前台還讓直接用，要求換新的過來最後衹給拿來個被套給罩上應付了事。
第二天早上懷疑孩子可能發燒想着借用酒店的體温計確認下，結果前台直接跟我説沒有體温計！沒有體温計！沒有體温計！**疫情才過去幾天啊，完全過去了嗎，你跟我沒有體温計，這什麼垃圾服務！
能勸退一個是一個，這垃圾酒店永遠都不會再來了

住的挺滿意，酒店乾淨衞生。後邊有一個挺大的停車場，交通也十分便利，旁邊就是農業路高架。旁邊吃飯的地方也不少，出差過來不用愁吃飯的地方，旁邊走不遠就是國貿360，購物吃飯都OK。

衞生：房間整體一般，衞生間的衞生差，尤其是淋浴間的玻璃門 洗漱台 馬桶等，一共住了四五天房間衞生打掃不及時
