This is an excellent hotel, with standards that match those of western hotels. Rooms are large and comfortable, there are many amenities, and cleanliness is top notch. The location isn’t great because most attractions are far from the hotel, but there are supermarkets and coffee shops in the vicinity. There was an incident with staff upon check-out but the overall experience was positive.

前台妹妹不僅漂亮，還非常有禮貌，素質很高。
房間更沒的説，寬敞，乾淨，36樓看窗外，特別是早晨的時候。。。
總體講，性價比很高。

酒店大堂的風格中西風格，員工講解的很到位。大堂有一個龍鳳大圓盤，寓意很好。在住期間，酒店也有會議接待，服務關注度比較好。早餐很不錯，煎蛋很好吃，麪包區種類繁多，餐廳西式風格，有獨立的就餐區，乾淨整潔，員工很有禮貌，非常注意細節。入住贈送了飲品券，大堂吧的氛圍很典雅，處處充滿神祕的色彩，裝修很有質感。這家酒店房間寬敞，明亮整潔，佈局合理，處處體現舒適和用心。公共區域和房間的衞生都很乾凈，床鋪舒適，床品質量佳，讓我每晚都能享受好睡眠，此外，房間內的設施齊全，無論是電視還是WiFi，均運行順暢，為我的入住提供極大的便利。酒店員工的服務熱情周到，從入住到離店，都給予了我無微不至的關照，無論是前台接待，還是客房服務員，都禮貌有加，耐心解答我的疑問，讓我感到賓至如歸，餐飲美味多樣，很滿意的一次入住體驗。酒店服務經理熱情友好，遺留的物品也免費郵寄，服務很到位。周邊還有很多接地氣的小吃，價格優惠，味道很棒。總體來説很滿意這次體驗，分享給大家來打卡。

作為鄭州首家老五星酒店，果然值得託付，特有的豪華與優雅，好感值滿分。工作人員服務態度、專業能力都很棒，入住效率很高，還要感謝佳音美女贈送的冰鎮雪碧，讓炎熱的夏季心情很清爽。一點小建議，中餐餐廳涼菜廚藝有待提高，房間老式門卡亟需快速更換。
