酒店停車很不方便，找不到車位去問前台，態度很不友善，還説讓停外面，不友善沒耐心，更不要説微笑待人了，早餐很一般，退房時因為帶了小童，前台還要按成人標準收費，跟顧客又囉嗦起來，還不如保安大爺態度和善，都好商量。兩個前台人員都很不專業，話術和態度都不像錦江品牌經過培訓的，估計以後都不會來住這個錦江

整體非常非常差，住過快捷酒店最糟糕的一次。
15號下午3點多在前台辦入住，一個帶徒弟的前台服務員辦的手續，我很懷疑她的智商，見我拉着大堆的行李，故意給我安排了一間最尾巴上的房間，無法理解。

因為疫情原因2年沒來鄭州出差了，之前每次來都住這個酒店。酒店周邊交通還是很方便的，因為旁邊有醫院和學校，所以小吃店很多，吃飯很方便。因為一個人住，定的房間不算大，但價格性價比好。房間衞生很乾凈，特別是毛巾和浴巾都是獨立包裝的，避免了二次污染。

總得來説滿意 符合一貫的品質 還給升級了房型 早餐也不錯 自駕的話交通還是比較便利的 離二七廣場很近 唯一的缺點是電視竟然不是網絡電視 甚至衹有幾個頻道能穩定看
