馬桶臟的已經看不下去了，這還是要求換了一間房後的樣子，一整個無語，房間裏到處是灰，洗手間水特別細，水也不熱，住過最差的一次了

第一次聽説酒店空調是集體提供的！沒有告知直接關了！要退房不退錢！酒店的空調不是你想開就開的！本來就不通風咋睡！如果空調壞了我忍了！就算沒電我也認了！還有集體關這一説還説四星酒店！最差體驗！本來還要住7天感覺電扇和這個價錢不配！

服務真垃圾，訂的豪華大床房給我私自安排改成了最小的房間，打電話前台置之不理，再三追問下説是給我做了升級？在我不知情的情況下給我做了反向升級！要求更換我預訂的房型告知我豪華大床房已經定滿了問我想怎麼解決，又把問題拋給了我，並再三強調所有房型都一樣，讓我服從安排？晚上到酒店拎着大包小包一頓折騰，又累又餓。
設施：房間設施老舊，風格老氣，有個小冰箱一層灰也沒插電，床特別硬睡着都腰疼，洗護用品也是小旅館同款。
衞生：衞生都沒打掃乾淨，床頭邊還有用過的衞生紙，
早餐: 訂房的時候就甩給我一張房卡什麼也沒説，我定的含早餐，早上找半天也不知道在幾樓，早餐種類特別少也不加菜，沒什麼可吃的，還不如漢庭。

五一的時候全家出行，定的是酒店的比較好的套房，然而……
首先一個房間的燒水壺是漏電的，雖然説換了也沒事了，但是萬一有事呢，然後就是房間很大但隔音相當不好，隔壁説話關門拉行李聲音很大很吵
房間裏碩大的冰箱電都沒插還是個臟的
酒店的服務是真的太不行了，就是説要不培訓一下吧，辦理入住前面沒有人，諮詢的時候人家眼睛也不抬，説忙着等一下，餐廳的就更不提了，餐是我吃過最難吃的，品種少不新鮮，煮麪那塊，放着的四個料不知道熱了多少遍，肉醬都幹到發黑，甚至覺得那會撥一個12315我都能掙錢的程度，着裝不統一，分工不統一，一桌坐了4個是一家人，沒有吃完的情況下，就讓坐在外面的人起來給她讓一下，她要收最裡麪的盤子，我説了句，你等吃完了再收可以嗎，服務員説那不是吃完了嗎，我真的笑了我都，房間真的很一般，看得出來裝修的很表面

1.入住前給前台打電話詢問酒店區域限行問題，回覆不清楚，，，太不職業了
2.早餐種類太少，撤台速度太慢，催了3次還沒清理，發火了才給清理

為了去重陽宮和活**墓看一看，定了這個酒店。沒成想兩處景點都暫不營業。都怪我自己的功課沒做好，要不然誰跑這麼遠來啊，還經過了一段灰土狼煙的鄉間小路似的，大晚上的沒有路燈，烏漆麻黑的往前開車。遠光燈不開什麼也看不見 開遠光燈 雙向來車都刺眼…唉…。再説説入住體驗：1.入住進來比較晚了，有點渴拿起來贈飲的礦泉水，一看，我去，半瓶的！這是上一户剩下的都沒清理嗎？2、我立馬要給前台打電話，問問這到底怎麼出來個半瓶的，結果電話是壞的。又跑到一樓找前台聯繫維修師傅給換了個電話才能用了。3、然後想睡覺，發現空調出風口格愣格愣的鐵片子的聲音。又叫師傅來給看 是説有聲音正常啊…可是空調吹出來的氣流聲正常，有金屬被吹的直桄榔也正常嗎，最後師傅還是弄了弄然後就好了。本來就各種問題了，再一看房間內櫃子的顏色，顏色及其深，看着更抑鬱了
