"Hotel staff is very nice upgrade me to bigger room. Everything was good till early morning mosquitoes bite my neck and mouth. Room has too strong de-odor or scene block making the whole room to have too strong smell of it, even after I cover it up, but whole room still have very strong smell of de odor, which is not necessary and not comfortable smell. I had sneezes for a while before got use to that smell. Apart from that hotel is near to the Sun Moon Shell Opera house, can rule bike there, near shopping centre, and so many good little restaurants everywhere nearby."

"The environment was nice and beautiful and the rooms were spacious. However, we found small cockroaches on the hand towels. The building had no elevator, and it was very handicap-unfriendly. I traveled with my parents and we were arranged on the ground floor but the lobby and restaurant were on the second floor. My father had to get out of the wheelchair and climbed up and down the stairs. Breakfast was not good."
