It is located in a quiet location along the river. Has a nice view of the river. For me, the location is good as it is near the place I want to go. Overall it is a good stay.

Value for the money and very nice seaview

The service is average, not just the attitude, but the service concept is not as good as that of Four Seasons. Maybe it's because I redeemed the full amount of Ctrip points? I don't understand, anyway it's average. The hygiene is not very good, but I have to say that I really like the big round table in the room, it's very comfortable to eat takeout.

The hotel is quiet and suitable for leisure travel. The room is well-equipped and quite large, with a view of the Xiangjiang River. Although there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast is quite rich in variety and the quality of the fruit is good. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic. From the front desk customer service staff Yang Zijian and Manager Zhang at check-in, to the cleaning staff Cao Shulin and Chu Ping, and the chefs in the restaurant, they all actively asked about my needs. When I mentioned that the room smelled of smoke, Ms. Li at the front desk immediately brought an air purifier. She also helped me change to a smoke-free room.

Facilities: I booked a twin room with river view. After I proactively informed Ctrip that there was an upgrade, I was upgraded to a twin room with river view on the executive floor (excluding the VIP Club trea**ent). The room is clean and simple, and the wooden furniture looks very textured, but it feels a bit empty. There is no bathtub in the twin room, only in the king room. The room layout is a bit unreasonable, the TV faces the table instead of the bed, and you can't watch TV in bed. The area around the hotel is very desolate, and most of the businesses downstairs are not open. Breakfast: So-so, a relatively ordinary breakfast. Environment: The view of the Xiangjiang River is average in this season, and the water is very turbid and there is a lot of mud. It is very comfortable to walk along the road along the river on the outside of the first floor, and the view is relatively open. Service: Overall good, details need to be strengthened.
