A truly satisfying stay! The location is excellent, right in Wenshu Monastery. The environment is lovely, and while the breakfast selection isn't huge, it covers all the basics. Both the hotel rooms and public areas are well-maintained and beautifully furnished, perfectly matching the ancient Chinese style of Wenshu Monastery. It's also very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was odor-free, there's a full-length mirror, and each room has its own independent Wi-Fi.

I stayed here for three days, and every staff member and the owner remembered all my preferences and tastes, showing incredible attention to detail. All the rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy, feeling just like home. I felt so comfortable and welcome, and they even provided a lot of support and insights for outdoor activities. My three-day stay here was truly wonderful. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends. The place has a lively, authentic atmosphere, with plenty of people around in the evenings. I highly recommend it! If you're visiting Siguniang Mountain, this is a great spot to stay and dine – definitely worth checking out and saving. As a casual visitor, I can tell the owner has been running this place for many years with great dedication, making all the establishments feel so warm and comfortable.

We are European tourists and already travelling for more than 50 days in the south part of China. Well, of all the good hotels or homestays we have been, this was the first time that we had a front desk person (Sherry) that spoke good English!!!
Arrived at the busstation of Danba, we felt a bit lost and so we decided to phone the homestay knowing already that it would be useless as nobody would speak English... and big surprise!!! The woman answered in good English!!! WOW. She immediately organized a taxi to pick us up. When we arrived the staff took our luggage out of the taxi and took it up the stairs to our room.
The homestay was very cosy with an stunning view (not far from viewpoint n.1 but with a much better completely amazing view). The rooms had outside on the balcony a table and a cosy sofa seating corner, protected from sun and rain where you could have soothe calm time while enjoying the beautiful sight; you see the whole mountainside and even the river!
As Sherry travels a lot herself, she really knows what are the needs for her customers. She was so helpful with everything for us and she gave us much useful information for our next long itinerary. In the open lobby outside (a nice terras with a roof), there are several maps and we even changed our future route. Sitting on the sofas at the terras, the reception girls offered us tea and cookies and we even had a nice chat with English speaking people from Macao. 😊
The rooms, bed and bathroom are confortable and top clean with AC. As of the normal soap, shampoo and hairconditioner there was even bodylotion and disinfectant spray. There are 3 washing machines and a big place to dry your laundry. Just nearby there is a good restaurant and a little shop. In the night there is no noise.
As Sherry was so kind, interesting and helpful, we even invited her to France. Hopefully we can see one day again! My husband and me were so happy to have chosen this homestay!

It's quite nice. Close to the Qingyi River and Ya'an Bridge, several bus routes from Ya'an Station go there. It's a ten-minute walk to the Ya'an Covered Bridge (the large one over the Qingyi River), and there's also a smaller one closer. There are paths and parks along the river, good for morning runs and exercise. Further east/northeast is the Nuwa statue/square. There are many shops and fruit vendors nearby, offering plenty of food and shopping options. The hotel is on the fourth floor of a not-so-old five-story building. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, well-lit, and have good tables and chairs for working. With various discounts on Ctrip, it's 125 yuan per night, which is satisfactory.

A truly satisfying stay, highly recommended! The hotel isn't very large, but it's a charming Tibetan-style courtyard, tucked away from the main street, making it incredibly quiet. The room was spacious, equipped with both underfloor heating and air conditioning, and was spotlessly clean and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided a foot-soaking tub. The owner was wonderful, so enthusiastic about picking us up, dropping us off, recommending restaurants, booking show tickets, and arranging transportation. We even spent an evening chatting over tea in the tea room, which was so cozy. I absolutely adored the two hotel cats; petting them was incredibly relaxing. This was definitely a wise choice for our two-day trip to Jiuzhaigou!
The hotel is in the great location and you feel like you moved in time. Room is clean and shower works well. Beautiful courtyard downstairs. Breakfast let us down. There was no fresh orange juice or average food. The room can get hot even with air conditioner on. I did not find it as an issue but if you plan to arrive in August or June it could be a problem. There is a cosy wibe in this place and we would come back. Price is excellent.

The tearoom's decor is incredibly tasteful, with vibrant plants, exquisite tea sets, and soft lighting. It's such a relaxing and stress-relieving place to be! As soon as you walk in, you feel at ease. The greenery, decorations, and tea sets are all carefully chosen, and the tearoom has excellent natural light. You could easily spend an entire afternoon here without getting bored.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Although a bit dated, the inn's decor was cozy, just the way I like it. The owner, along with her son, met us at the parking lot and helped with our luggage, which was very much appreciated. The inn is very close to the main attractions of the ancient town, just a few minutes' walk away. We stayed on the second floor, where there was a dedicated tea area, and our family had a very enjoyable Dragon Boat Festival. It's a shame they're closing after October this year. I wish the owner a happy and carefree life ahead!
✨ Ideal escape from the world, full of atmosphere
As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed. The decoration style was very tasteful. Every corner was arranged very carefully, which was very suitable for taking pictures and punching in. The light is particularly good, and it is very pleasant to sit by the window in a daze. The landlord considered everything very thoughtfully, and it was very worry-free from check-in to check-out. This is not only a place to live, but also a haven that can slow down. After staying here for a few days, my mood has become very good, highly recommended! The landlord sister is very enthusiastic, and the reply before check-in is very timely, the details are full, and people feel very warm. The room is more exquisite and clean than the photo, the bedding is particularly comfortable, and the children at home don't want to come down as soon as they go up. The location is also very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, not only live comfortably, but also feel the kindness of going home. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one! “Thanks to the host for his hospitality.”
The entire courtyard is quiet and tastefully decorated. The room is a family-friendly one, located in the inner courtyard. The ambiance is excellent. The sofa area is separated from the bedroom. While not very spacious, it's comfortable and clean, with good air conditioning.
The service was very friendly, including welcome fruit. They answered all questions, also known as ”Bi Lai.” The room also has its own cafe, and the Bingmei 15 is quite good.
The downsides are that the water pressure from the electric water heater isn't very strong, and the mattress on the 1.5-meter king-size bed is a bit firm, but the 1.2-meter bed is fine.

XXingzoulvshuiqingshanStaying at the Sunderia Hostel was an amazing experience! It's right next to Wenshu Monastery, so you can walk to the ancient temple, and it's also close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. There are tons of local eateries nearby, and the staff were really enthusiastic about showing us where to find good food. Our room was cleaned daily, the bedding was soft, and the private bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Downstairs, the common area offers free coffee during the day and turns into a cozy bar with live music at night. Travelers from all over the world gather there to chat and share their travel stories. It's such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, truly a top choice for accommodation in Chengdu!

QQiyueyushiqiThe owner is so kind. I arrived on my motorcycle close to 10 PM, and they upgraded me from a double bed to a king-size room. It was just me in a huge king room, and as soon as I walked in, I loved how big and cozy it felt. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was included. On the first day, they offered to make me noodles and even prepared butter tea – I was so full! Both breakfasts were different and absolutely perfect. The little cats in the courtyard were also adorable. I've stayed in many hotels while motorcycle touring, and this is only the second truly great one I've encountered. Highly recommended!
Facilities: All the facilities are very new.
Hygiene: The hygiene was spotless, a hundred times better than I expected.
Environment: The environment is peaceful, with a small courtyard where you can park.
Service: The service was excellent. Both the gentleman who waited for me to check in late at night and the lovely lady the next day were incredibly nice.

GGuest UserSince we were going to climb Mount Emei, Zhenguo Temple, the starting point, was very close, making breakfast convenient! There were many restaurants and snack shops nearby, but the room facilities weren't very good. It was on the fourth floor, and although the owner helped with some luggage, we had to carry some up ourselves! When the tap was turned on, the water would flow onto the sink next to us!

GGuest UserChengdu is one of my favorite cities in China , the tea culture and other cultural opportunities , parks and a great transport system .
I have also stayed at Holly’s previously many years ago .. the staff are always very helpful as my language skills are not good . Many staff speak English well and those who may not be fluent in English still are very helpful.
There is a metro relatively close by and also staff helped me get a didi to the south railway station where i could catch the line 18 metro airport express to Tianfu International airport ( 24 hour service ) for 10rmb for about a 45 min ride such a bargain !
The rooms for price are also good , quiet , good aircon , functional , laundry facilties , breakfast and the location really is great across from a beautiful traditional park that also has a temple and at night a great food market ..
the area of Wouhouci is also an interesting diverse area with incredible shops and many eating local eating places and its easy to get into the city centre by walking or transport
NniniverseThe room was clean, in a great location with beautiful views. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou park ticket office. The owner was very kind and took great care of us until check-out. Highly recommended!
