Guest UserThis was a temporary stopover near the airport. The environment was, to put it mildly, not great. The shower and toilet weren't separated, and as it's a Muslim household, you can't wear shoes inside, which made using the bathroom quite a hassle. Another issue was the significant noise from the road. However, it was cheap and close to the airport, and the host was very welcoming.

I stayed for 3 nights! The room felt quite clean since shoes weren't allowed inside. The wet areas were also cleaned several times a day! For breakfast, there was toast with two kinds of jam, butter, and watermelon. For the price, I can't complain, haha. There's also a water dispenser for both hot and cold water! Be aware that outside noise can be an issue and a lot of mosquitoes get into the room, so you'll need to take precautions! The air conditioning works perfectly! Oh, and there was a cat meowing constantly, haha.

Considering the price, this hotel is reasonable for a short stay. It has all the basic necessities, but if you're looking for something particularly comfortable, it's just okay. The main drawback of the hotel is the soundproofing.

chu ong tanOverall, my stay was satisfactory. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. There were a couple of minor downsides: I was disturbed by the sound of water flowing through the pipes and the elevator noise while I was trying to sleep. Also, the trash can was too small and couldn't hold much garbage; I suggest getting a medium-sized one. Lastly, one of the panel doors in the bathroom was broken and couldn't close properly, so I recommend replacing it.

Guest UserWith the price I paid, I'm totally satisfied with everything, water heater in good condition, air cond running smoothly, 2 toilet paper provided with 2 small bar soap..the room and bathroom is clean, kiblat direction, beddings necessities quite comfortable. I just hope the hotel can add more details on their site, mine don't have windows but no complain since we stay for short time. Iron and drinking water provided at the stairs.

Sarocha RattanaPros:
- The bed was soft and comfortable, I slept really well.
- The air conditioning was super cool.
- The water heater worked well and the water pressure was strong.
- Toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and towels were provided.
Cons:
- This is a small dormitory-style accommodation. The first floor requires climbing rather steep and high stairs, which is not suitable for the elderly or those with heavy wheeled luggage.
- The room had no windows and was very small and compact. The room itself was quite old.
- The pillow was too soft and flimsy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
- The air conditioner was incredibly loud, the loudest ever!
- The room was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear conversations and snoring from the next room. This is not suitable for light sleepers, as the noise disturbance could cause frequent awakenings and insufficient rest.
Personally, I slept comfortably, but I was a bit annoyed by the snoring.
There's a deposit of RM50, or you can pay in your own currency, which is returned upon check-out (no receipt provided for the deposit).
There's also a Heritage Fee of RM4.
The service was excellent! The staff member named Subait was lovely and provided great service.
The location is quite quiet and not bustling, a little far from Chulia Street and Lb Lane, but close to the jetty.

Floors are spotlessly clean. That ironically made us (2 senior citizens)to be extra careful when climbing the stairs to our room. Because there are nostair-railings.

Facilities: Although relatively simple, you can feel that the store is full of care and has everything you need.
Hygiene: Very clean, I feel like home in this environment
Environment: Surrounded by Little India, you can walk more than 100 meters to the beach to see the sea. There is a ferry on the other side of the sea.
Service: The service is very good. The boss personally helps you with your luggage, and also asks if you want an omelette. He also gives you an Indian pancake to try, which is very considerate.
