The room smells fresh and clean as well as the hallway plus good internet. The longganisang hamonado is so yummy except the scramble egg. I prefer sunny side up. The room rates is good. Will return again and highly recommended to friends. I already booked my friends here.

We just checked out, and our stay was truly wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as shown in the photos. We also loved how peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast was delicious! Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 💖

Wonderful Stay — Peaceful, Clean, and Budget-Friendly! I stayed here for 7 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. You also have a good sense of privacy during your stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but still very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and staff are all accommodating and friendly, especially Sir Bobby in the kitchen, he’s very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping my room neat and tidy every day. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay.

It's located close to the ferry so we were able to walk there when we checked in, and also within walking distance to the nearest shopping mall so no taxi was needed.

Staff- accommodating and helpful Location - very accessible,,nearby restaurants, coffee shops, fastfood chains, noise outside is tolerable, 2-3 min walk to the beach Price - Lucky, I got the best deal using the app Room - spacious, secured with 2 bottled water, liquid soap, shampoo, hand soap, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towel, air-conditioning, water heater (opportunities: some stain in toilet door, shower head I need to fix it and some cobweb in closet) Internet access is decent I recommend this place and will definitely book again. The hotel is not worth the money. Everything needs renovation. The bed is uncomfortable. The breakfast was COLD and tasteless. I only stayed for one night and I can't recommend it.

PROS: Near Whale Sharks (15 mins) tricycle ride. Staff helpful to book trip and transfers. Room clean but tired on closer inspection. Close to shops and restaurants. CONS: Dogs barking all night. Bed very hard. Breakfast poor and sachet coffee.

The location is very convenient since it is along Jones Ave or now Osmena Avenue. However, while it is clean inside, there's a lot of Dog Poops outside the Pension. And you will have to dart these large flies as you walk from the entrance to the main road. There's a lot of hanging clotheslines across the pension house. While they have free breakfast, it is so poorly served. Dont expect quality. And you cannot even advance your breakfast, you have to follow their schedule. On a serious note, the free breakfast is not worth considering if you plan to stay in this place. The only advantage they have is that this is near the main road.

Loved our stay here, we extended 2 extra nights! Location-wise, it’s close to Napaling Reef (~8min drive), which is perfect for divers! Not much around in terms of restaurants, but there’s a kitchen and bar at the hotel that serves delicious food and huge portions! Otherwise, Alona Beach is ~15 min drive. Can also rent motorbikes from the hotel. Didn’t get round to using the pool, but looked refreshing to take a dip in. Room was nice and comfy, fluffy pillows and duvet 😍 Staff are also very friendly and helpful - thank you for making our stay so lovely!

Wonderful apartment - spacious, clean, some areas need updating, but overall everything is good! It is worth noting that these are apartments without the usual hotel service. The owner of the apartment lives right next door and has assistants. Any issues are resolved quickly. You can order breakfast for only 200 pesos per person and it is really worth it. Well-groomed area, large swimming pool. True, we still didn’t understand how the cleaning issue was resolved; in 6 days they only cleaned our house once, either this is not included, or we need to specifically ask. You can also rent a bike from the owner. Each apartment has its own isolated terrace. In general, there is everything you need (towels, dishes, stove, kettle, refrigerator, safe). But there are some basic little things missing (there was no soap or hand towel in the bathroom, there were also no towels or rags in the kitchen, and there wasn’t even a sponge with detergent - which made it difficult to wash the dishes), but I think if you ask - they will provide you with the missing items without any problems! The beach (Alona Beach) is 7 minutes by bike, there are no shops within walking distance, but there are a couple of cafes. Overall, these little things didn't spoil our stay! I recommend! Suitable for both short and long stays.
