"The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp."

"As a long-time hostel user from the 1970s, I was pleasantly surprised at this hostel/hotel. It was a quite a long way from the 70s! Mostly due to the fact that they had twin-for-single-use rooms with a nice toilet/shower and included towels, though I'd brought my own thinking they wouldn't be. The beds (two singles pushed together) were relatively comfortable, and the duvets were warm enough considering there was no heat as it was ”between seasons”. Shower was small but hot and powerful enough. Location was of course excellent, being directly outside the main centraal station, and a couple steps from a large supermarket (and nearly directly on the main shopping area with every shop/food/etc you could ever want or need. Check-in was super easy and the receptionist was extremely nice, warm and welcoming. Though I didn't partake of breakfast as I felt it was pretty expensive for being a hostel (the name being synonymous with ”inexpensive/cheap”), I did see a very crowded breakfast room in the morning when I went down for hot water for my portable Aeropress. Thankfully they had no issue with giving me hot water that was saving me the 3 euro for a tiny coffee :-) Price-to-value ratio -- I'm not quite sure about this, as the twin-for-single-use was really only about 5-10 euro less expensive than quite a few full-service hotels in the same centraal station area. As I wasn't in a ”dormitory with multiple beds”, I can't speak to the comfort or quiet of those rooms. Rooms on the 8th floor were not exactly ”quiet” as doors had a tendency to slam shut, but whether that's just a design flaw or simply people not really caring, I don't know (including blasting television and music...c'mon! Have a bit of consideration, you're not alone in the hostel/hotel.). Would I recommend it over others just a few meters away? I might have a tough time doing that. But I spent a relatively pleasant night overall."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! It's close to the station, and the views from the hotel were lovely, all while being a very reasonably priced stay. Luggage storage was seamless, and I really appreciated the complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea service. There's even a terrace, so I could enjoy tea while soaking in the pleasant evening breeze. The front desk staff were wonderful. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Antwerp! 😊"

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city."

"Had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and ideal as a base for exploring. The room and the hotel were clean and well-maintained, and despite the easy accessibility, it was surprisingly quiet and soundproof. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which frequently cut out and was sometimes quite weak. Overall, definitely recommend and I would stay here again."

"A good budget hotel for one night. Could be cleaner. It's right next to the highway. The curtain is missing and in the closet instead of being fixed. There's no refrigerator or anything like that in the room. The shower and bed were fine."

"The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and clean, with a good desk for working. However, during my three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service to clean the room or change the sheets. There's no on-site parking, so you have to park next door. It's close, but a bit pricey – 22 euros for 8-24 hours. The hotel is very close to the cathedral and other attractions, with most main sights just a 5-15 minute walk away."
