Very good welcome despite an error by the hotel regarding the type of room reserved (normally 4 people) solution quickly found by the hotel (2 double rooms) - clean room - pleasant welcome. The breakfast served in the Holiday Inn lacks a little diversity but otherwise good
Central location near Leuven Train Station (2 min walk). 20 min train ride to ,Brussels, direct connection to all major city. Spotlessly clean renovated room, very quiet. Air-conditioner can be individually reulated. Basic but delicious breakfast with everything you need for a good day start. Quick check in and out process. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are included. Hairdryer available at the reception for deposit which was a big plus. In conclusion a recommended stay, if it is not a problem for you that you get a small but funtional room for overnight. Best price/value ratio in Belgium.
Beautiful facility, fresh air, great service.
We went to the hotel to celebrate the new year. We knew that the hotel was great. But we didn't know how friendly staff would be and how amazing the facility is. There wasn't many people around so there was no stress of the virus. And we could concentrate on having a good time. Highly recommend.

Customized beautiful spread for breakfast catered to your time
Room is spacious and comfortable
Downside is toilet in the bedroom with no door and shower is see through
The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, a bottle of water was provided, disposable slippers, bathrobes were provided, and toothbrushes could be requested at the front desk. The room was well soundproofed. Overall, this is a very good four-star hotel in Europe, about 600 meters from the train station. The check-in at the front desk was too slow, and there was only one person at the front desk after 9 o'clock in the evening.
The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean.
Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much.
As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.

TTarynPerfect hotel close to the airport for a quick sleep, shower and back on a plane. The room was spacious with a couch and lovely shower. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and when I emailed them to ask where to find the bus, they emailed me back within minutes. Only problem I had was the pillows. They feel a bit lumpy. But otherwise a great hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff.

SStannaHotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.
AAnonymous UserThe major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road.
However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton:
- the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use),
- the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty,
- there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and
- the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable.
If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.
GGuest UserI have lived once many years ago. It is a cheaper hotel near Brussels. The house is relatively new. The airport taxi is about 20 euros in the past. The towel rack is relatively high. You have to jump up and take the towel.
GGuest UserThe hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived in the morning and wanted to store my luggage, but they gave me my room card straight away. What a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, with a glass wall, allowing for great light. It also had a new electric kettle and refrigerator. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place to friends. The number 26 bus to the city center is a 7-minute walk from the hotel entrance, and a one-way ticket is 3 euros (pay by credit card).

GGuest UserThe hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.
