I paid a good price when booking and managed to stay very close to the airport. The hotel offers coffee early for travelers, starting at 4:30 am, has a 24-hour reception and offers a transfer service at a very affordable cost.

The room was clean, recommended.

Ótima localização, quartos muito bons, porém infelizmente, serviço péssimo. Filas enormes pra check-in e check out, atendentes nunca sabem de nada.. Check-in as 14h já é extremamente ruim, e ainda tivemos a experiencia de entrar na fila gigante da recepção pra realizar e quando chegamos na nossa vez, as 13:58, o atendente falou que não poderia fazer por que o horário era as 14h, que era pra esperarmos no fim da fila. Em resumo, fomos poder entrar realmente no quarto quase as 15h, no nosso caso, que estavamos nos hospedando pra um casamento as 16h, foi muito ruim. Agora pra sair (check out), o tratamento foi bem diferente, a não ser pela fila que continuava gigante. Sem 1 minuto de tolerância sequer pra termos que sair. Experiência ruim pra um hotel de luxo, com certeza buscaremos outro na próxima visita a cidade

Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

The breakfast staff were very careful and hearty, they made the difference in my accommodation.

The team couldn't have been more pleasant or performing, but one night the graduation ceremony ended late. (goiaba, caju and grape, although there was green-tox juice), I think natural orange juice or abacaxi juice would have been a welcome option. The second comment - the pieces of bacon were cooked to get hard and difficult to eat.

Very dirty, the gardens were very dirty, even cheap had the very dirty floor in the room, very good service, but cleaning in the room left unwanted.
