Fiquei por várias semanas neste hotel e me senti muito bem acolhida os funcionários muito educados e prestativos , café da manhã de primeira qualidade.Eu super recomendo.

Hotel very well located. Very close to Shopping Savassi. spectacular view of the borders of the city, Shopping and Marista College. Safe and tree neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Olegário restaurant, inside the hotel, very good. Very comfortable facilities, excellent air conditioning, fine decoration, excellent shower and first-class hygiene products and excellent staff care, highlighted for the Rafael reception.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Ficaram dee pegar no aeroporto, não foram Liguei para o hotel várias vezes não me atenderam Fique aguardando das 20:30h até às 23:20. Não informaram nada Tive que locar um veículo para me deslocar ao hotel. No hotel os funcionários não passam a demanda aos supervisores e nem ao gerente. Pois apesar de ter reclamado e informado aos 3 turnos ( noite, manhã e noite) os ADM não tiraram conhecimento, apenas no dia que fui embora ( 2 dias depois) ele foram informado se não houve resposta dos mesmos. Apenas ....

Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apar**ent, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

Very comfortable hotel, great service (especially from the manager Alex) and excellent location. The only negative point is that the Amadeus restaurant has not been open for dinner since June, offering only coffee, lunch and room service.
