Hotel room facilities are not bad, the location is also very good, downstairs across the road is the mall. The staff service attitude is also very good, it is a hotel in a tourist city.
The place was smelled of mopho, we went to another room much better, but there were no takes to load the cell phone or notebook a chair for work there was nothing of it, but the staff who were working there were very careful.
This place is very close to Caxias Airport. The taxi is 36 Brazilian reals. The facilities are a bit old, but the service staff are very enthusiastic and can communicate in English without limit. I will choose to stay here next time
If you, like me, value a great location and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the beach, the lagoon, good dining options, and the main square which offers plenty of attractions.
Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite varied and tasty.
I'd seen several complaints about cleanliness, but generally, our room was very clean upon arrival. However, towels were missing, and the liquid soap dispensers weren't refilled (one even came unstuck). We had brought our own soaps, but there was nowhere to put them. As a suggestion, I'd say there should be at least one soap dish or holder for shampoos and similar items.
We had to request room cleaning three times. I suspect the cleaning staff might have been overwhelmed given the number of guests, but this particular service was a bit disappointing.
The common complaints about the valet/parking situation and the elevator are indeed valid. Upon arrival, there are no clear instructions on where to park to unload your belongings. The hotel's paid parking lot also doesn't have enough spaces for everyone, so you end up blocking traffic until you figure it out. The elevator is genuinely slow and has a low weight capacity (this didn't affect me personally, so it didn't impact my overall positive rating).
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we didn't experience any noise disturbance during our stay.
Contrary to what the advertisement states, there's no cable TV, only 2 or 3 local channels.
In summary: overall, the value for money is good. It was the best price I found in Torres for the amenities offered. While there are a few areas that could be improved, none of them significantly impacted our stay.
The room is cleaned every day, the surrounding area is very safe, and there are many dining options. Although it is not a new hotel, it is worth the price. If you are on a business trip, you can choose this hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well located. It is close to everything. The staff is really polite and welcoming. It is beautiful to see Porto Alegre through your window.

This hotel is so difficult to invoice, so it is best to set online payment, Trip.com provide the option of invoice, otherwise it is easy to have the invoice to crash, I asked Trip.com to help for several days to arrive.
I missed a chair/sit to be able to sit. I had only a bed to sit, it was bad. I asked for a chair to be provided, but I had irregular legs. It suggests keeping a small chair and table base for us to do some activity with notebook.

GGuest UserWith daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). The daily was 2 adults and 1 baby of 10 years old. The bed was Quee, the room was a couple. Since Monday, day 18, I'm waiting for a connection from the hotel manager and the hotel manager.

GGuest UserThe structure of the hotel is incredible, excellent value for money. The breakfast is from a colonial cafe! I would like to thank the attendants Douglas, Lucas and especially Jazi. Jazi was extremely empathetic in her service, making my family feel welcomed and special! I hope we can return soon.
GGuest UserIt is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.
GGuest UserPrimordial service from arrival, reception employee Marcos is always helpful. The adequate facilities are very well sanitized. The breakfast was wonderful, compared to the previous experience at the Hotel Brisa Tower in Maceió.
GGuest UserAmazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right opposite the rodoviária. It is very clean, functional and comfortable. The staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast is amazing!
We stay in this hotel every time we need to take a bus or a flight, highly recomended.
GGuest UserThe experience was incredible! Outstanding service from the very first contact. Wonderful team! The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The hotel’s structure is beautiful and cozy, providing an excellent experience for the guests. Congratulations!
TTertulianoThe team well requests, academy mto well equipped and with new equipment...mto spa good and with staff who do everything to enjoy...excellent breakfast...excellent location, well in the grass center...in front of the cake street...paid parking, even for guests...
AAgneA good service and location, however, failed to choose the room, because we made a trip to the public competition, we needed to sleep well. The room offered was just below the party room, when a hell noise started from 21:00 to 03:00.
At the beginning, I thought I would stop, then microphone and boate, and I think it was a good sense, these apartments in the last floor should not be made available on a party night.
