The preferred hotel in Mudanjiang, with a very high cost-effectiveness. When checking in, the front desk was very enthusiastic in serving tea and water. Their tangerine peel candy is my favorite. After checking in, they will give you a low-cost hot spring ticket to experience the fun of Northeastern bathing. The hot spring pool is very good. A dip will make you feel comfortable and refreshed. Hotel is located just 3 minutes walk away from Sophia Church, the room is very clean and has chinese version of google home and there is a laundry room in the basement. You can collect one bag of free gifts during check-in and one free iconic Matier ice cream (worth RMB5) per person each day from the lobby, saves you from queuing at the actual store and paying for it! My only complaint is that the room is too small to open two luggages, else everything is perfect!

All of the staff members are willing to assist us and make sure we have the best experience staying at this hotel and in Harbin. We had never run out of toiletry items in our room, these items are filled whenever possible. I celebrated my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the staff member even prepared a surprise for us! This hotel is located in a convenient spot. The majority of the sightseeing sites are within walking distance, and the subway station is right across the hotel. This is a Songhua River-visible hotel. It has meeting rooms, gift shops, and a gym. The only thing that can be improved is the carpet's cleanliness. The carpet has visible stains, which is understandable since it is hard to clean. Would definitely stay in this hotel again! Thanks to all the staff members.

I booked a hotel in advance. I saw that Heihe ranked first in Xi'an Qingya. I must stay in Xi'an Qingya because of his hotel. The environment is hygienic and extremely clean! When we go to Harbin, our first choice is Xi'an Qingya, James Bond, and Lavande! Xi'an's little soap impressed me! It smells really good! This time I stayed in Heihe Xi'an. I think its location is very central. The surrounding shopping malls, including Li Ning, Anta, Liuguifu, and other messy shopping malls, are all nearby! Two streets behind you are Mother Plaza, Century Plaza, etc.! Across the river is Russia! Great location! The food in his restaurant is also very delicious! The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the center is just a stone's throw away. The administrators called a taxi, answered all questions and were very nice.
