In the evenings, Friendship Palace Square downstairs hosts orchestra performances and large choirs, creating a truly impressive atmosphere. Its proximity to the Harbin Military Region also provides a great sense of security, and it's wonderfully quiet at night. Mornings are bright with sunshine, and evenings offer stunning sunsets. The service is also excellent, and the overall experience is absolutely superb. Highly recommended – I make it a point to visit every year.

I am particularly satisfied with this hotel. I didn't expect the hotel in Heihe to be so comfortable. Environment: The location is first-class, close to the scenic spots and the river, and very convenient for travel. Hygiene: Very clean, complete facilities, comfortable bedding. Service: Very good and enthusiastic! Everyone was so polite and really sweet. Disadvantages: 1. Parking space is a bit tight, but if you communicate well with the front desk, they will coordinate it properly. 2. There are only two washing machines, and there is no app to check the status of the washing machines. It is a bit tiring to run back and forth to check every time. The picture shows the night market viewed from the room and the restored road during the day. In Heihe, it was fun to visit the night market at night. It was right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The best Russian food is just 8 minutes walk away. Very worry-free.

The hotel we booked this time is a century-old building near Harbin Station, making it very convenient for commuting by subway. This two-story building, once the hotel of the Middle East Railway Bureau, may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's truly remarkable. The interior features classic Russian architecture, with antique revolving doors and a spacious staircase, solid wood wall panels in the hallways and rooms, a high vaulted ceiling in the restaurant, and an old fireplace in the lobby—everything reflects its former glory. I absolutely loved it! The service was warm and attentive, the room was well-equipped, and the breakfast was a set meal. It was clean, simple, and adequate, and it was a great value for money.

This hotel is amazing - location is perfect for both railway and metro plus lots of great shops and restaurants around it. I used the free shuttle and it was seamless - so well organised ! Then my brother needed extra room last minute and amazingly they got him one even though he arrived very late Room has tea and coffee and everything needed Staff were extremely helpful.. answering questions promptly before and when I arrived Finally, the absolute star comes because they found my lost sunglasses ! Nanfang Tudou bravely ventured into the Northeast, took an overnight train and arrived in Heihe at 8 o'clock in the morning to catch the morning market. I wanted to store my luggage and check in at noon, but the front desk lady was very nice and gave me a room and upgraded the room type! Surprise max!!! The hotel is very close to the morning market, and there is a night market downstairs at night. Foodies are so happy😁The room facilities are complete, very clean and tidy, and the TV can also cast the screen~ The price-performance ratio is really good during the May Day holiday! Especially compared with Harbin flights, it can be said to be good value for money~ If you have time, you must stop by Heihe and remember to choose Lifeng~

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

I fell and got bitten by a dog 💩 What's more fatal is that when checking in, the ID card could not be swiped and it was said to be a program problem. The front desk took a photo with a mobile phone. But there was no such problem in other hotels I stayed in Heihe in the previous two days. I am very worried about the information security of our family.

The service truly rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree. What particularly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of neatly tying up phone cables after room cleaning – a small detail I had only ever seen before at the Regent Chongqing. We booked a garden room with a private courtyard, and the small patio at the entrance was absolutely charming. The public courtyard is also ideal for outdoor tea and relaxation. Furthermore, the customer service manager and all staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were extremely knowledgeable about Harbin's dining scene and were able to recommend the most unique and authentic restaurants to guests. They even thoughtfully prepared a small farewell gift upon our departure. This is truly a fantastic hotel, worth revisiting two or even three times! I've already recommended it to many friends.

The hotel location is super good as the Harbin Taiping International Airport is just located less than 10 mins away by taking car. There is also free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff will take initiative to confirm your shuttle bus requirement one day before for advance booking. The room is great and comfortable to stay.👍

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.
