The front desk service was excellent. I needed an extra duvet in the middle of the night and they brought it right away. They were always available whenever I needed anything. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the location was fantastic, really close to Central Street. Harbin is such a great city to visit!

Nice stay at 7 Days Premium Sophia Cathedral. The location is very good with many eateries nearby and easy access to the surrounding area. The place is convenient and comfortable, making it a good choice for a short stay.

The hotel entrance isn't very grand, and it looks small from the outside, but the family room inside is quite spacious and comfortable for three people. The kids' bed is also roomy enough for older children. The front desk staff were very welcoming. It's understandable that the price is a bit higher during the New Year period. It's very close to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, so it's convenient to go out at night. It was a little chilly one evening, and the front desk immediately brought over an electric heater. Overall, I had a good experience and give it a positive review. I'd definitely come back again.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very close to the main interchange between the first and second lines of the subway, meaning that you can get to major tourist destinations (like Ice and Snow World and ZhongYang street) very easily.  The staff are very helpful. They helped us use the coffee machine in the foyer and recommended good restaurants. They were also good when I was feeling sick. They gave us lollies to give me energy and information for the hospital.    The hotel was very clean, had free laundry machines and had a very inviting lobby. The lobby had an assortment of warm drinks, some sweets, and snacks. It was also nice and warm, especially compared to the frigid temperatures outside. There was also quite a bit of comfortable seating to rest on.  If I ever return to Harbin, I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for three days and am heading back to Ningbo tonight. The housekeeper on the sixth floor is incredibly diligent and responsible; I really appreciate her hospitality. The front desk staff were also very nice and patiently helped me with all my issues. The location is excellent, just about 100 meters from the subway exit. It's a maximum 10-minute walk to the Red Brick Morning Market, and only two or three minutes to Central Street and the Songhua River, with Parkson right next door. Another minute or two from Central Street brings you to Zhaolin Park. It's a 2-3 km taxi ride to Sun Island and the Polarland, and less than 20 minutes to the Ice and Snow World. Tongjiang Avenue has tons of delicious and affordable food, we ate dinner there all three nights. Besides being super, super cold, Harbin has no other issues; the food, drink, and entertainment are all fantastic! 👍

The glutinous rice balls (tangyuan) served late at night were especially delicious. The hotel is very close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a few minutes' walk away. They have robot delivery, which is cool, but I wish it were a bit more user-friendly. The phone line in my room was unstable, and I didn't realize it until the robot couldn't deliver my food and just left without any notification. I didn't get a call or anything saying my delivery had arrived. Maybe a knock on the door would have been helpful? I mean, if I ordered takeout, I'd obviously be in my room. My food ended up sitting at the front desk for half an hour, and I only got it after I contacted them myself. Ugh.

The hotel environment is fantastic, located near a residential area. The room is well-equipped, clean, and gets plenty of sunlight, with a comfortable temperature that's neither too hot nor too cold. It's not far from Harbin Station, and nearby there's the 'Anjingjie' internet-famous night market, offering a variety of authentic Harbin snacks. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they gave great recommendations for delicious and affordable local food and drinks.

Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices.
