I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again.

Hotel location: The location is excellent, right by the Songhua River, next to the cable car castle, and the night view is also beautiful. Facilities: The rooms and decor are a bit old, but the breakfast is very rich, with 3D printed yogurt, and the staff proactively helped prepare it. Service: The service attitude was impeccable. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. When I wanted to ask if a scenic spot was open, the concierge directly helped us call and inquire about which attractions were open. When we left, they even helped deliver our luggage to the subway entrance. So warm and welcoming! ❤️

The location is convenient, it's clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is super good. The cleaning lady was also particularly warm and friendly ❤❤❤. The self-service afternoon tea 🍵 offered in the lobby was a lovely touch. This was a really great experience, and I've already recommended it to friends.

I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

The hotel's overall ambiance is excellent; the moment you step into the lobby, it's dazzling with its luxurious style. The front desk staff were very helpful, and there was even a dedicated person to assist with the elevator, making the whole experience up to the room feel premium. We received a free room upgrade, and the facilities are incredibly comprehensive – everything you could ask for. From check-in all the way to check-out, I was completely satisfied. I truly loved it.

Oh my goodness, out of the three hotels I stayed in, including the Habsburg and the Ritz, this one was by far the best! The service was absolutely outstanding. They contacted us in advance to confirm our check-in time, gave us a free room upgrade, and even recommended some fantastic local restaurants – all three were incredibly delicious! There was afternoon tea and even a late-night supper service, so we were eating from morning till night. It was truly wonderful. My husband and I are from Suzhou, and we both agreed this was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. It completely surpasses any hotel in Suzhou at the same price point. Every single staff member was so warm and attentive! I regret not booking all our nights here! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

I highly recommend this airport hotel! I was worried about catching an early flight, but the hotel's free shuttle service completely put my mind at ease. I pre-booked the time, and the driver was waiting punctually at the terminal entrance. The ride only took a few minutes, so there was no need to rush at all. I also have to praise the front desk service; when I checked in, the staff proactively asked about my flight time and thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast hours and shuttle details. They were patient and thorough throughout, which made me feel really welcome. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent. It's definitely the right choice for a business trip or a layover! 👍🏻👍🏻

Facilities: The advantages are the spacious room with large windows and a comfortable bed. The room also has a mini-fridge, which is very practical! Disposable toiletries were replenished promptly, and bottled water and drinks could be requested freely and without limit. The downsides are that the bathroom is a bit small and the drainage isn't great. There are no USB charging ports, and the lighting is a bit dim. The TV didn't work. Also, taking the elevator during peak hours was annoying because there are many units in the apartment building, leading to crowding! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Harbin West Station and the Wanda commercial district, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also close to the airport, with shuttle buses available at Harbin West Station, and the hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off. Service: The butler service was good, patient, conscientious, and responsible! The biggest highlight was the late-night snack; although the variety was limited, it was delicious. I recommend the wontons and Dalu noodles! Breakfast was decent, with rotating dishes daily. Local specialties like Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork) and Harbin red sausage were available every day. The room offers great value for money! Finally, a word about the self-service laundry room! The hygiene of the washing machines was genuinely concerning. After washing a few clothes, I regretted it immensely. The attendant said one machine was broken and another was in use, so she told me to use the large pulsator washing machine. The result was that all my clothes came out covered in sticky white lint, some unknown substance. It forced me to wait for someone else to finish with the drum washing machine and then re-wash everything, but they still didn't come clean. I had to take them home and wash them again there. This incident significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I specifically chose this Shangri-La, a bit further from the city center, because parking is convenient. It's also very close to the Tiger Park for a morning visit, and I could even catch some extra sleep after seeing the tigers. The view from the window is nice, you can see the Ferris wheel. The price during the National Day holiday was also excellent; it offered good value for money.
