Location was perfect. Walking distance to the cathedral. Outside the hotel got their own local convenience store. There is microwave at the lobby you can used. Free flow of bottled water u can oenself get from the lobby as well. Love the room as its not centralised airconditioning. Water flow for shower is consistent as well.

We had a thoroughly pleasant and memorable four-night stay at the Harbin Habsburg Hotel. Our family room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were top-notch, including the convenience of free laundry. The breakfast variety is impressive, especially with the extended service until 12:00 PM. Location was great too. 10 mins walk to central street. The standout of our trip, however, was the staff—specifically the F&B Manager, Jenny Huang. She is a true asset to the hotel which she went above and beyond her service to hotel guess. After my son experienced a nosebleed due to the dry weather on our first day, Jenny remembered and took the time to personally check on his well-being. Knowing we had a 6:00 AM flight, she even proactively arranged a 'grab-and-go' breakfast for our family of four. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests are remarkable.

I mainly booked this hotel for its great location, very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, and not too far from Central Street and the Red Brick Morning Market (I walked there). The room was indeed small, and the facilities weren't new. However, the lobby always offered hot tea, which was incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, I received fruit and a welcome gift, and there was also a souvenir when checking out. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel lobby is quite grand, and its proximity to Central Street makes it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread was generous, featuring dishes like lamb chops and Guobaorou (crispy fried pork), with the Guobaorou being absolutely delicious 😋. The small cakes at afternoon tea were also quite tasty. I checked in past midnight, and after a quick chat, they allowed me a late checkout until 2 PM. To my surprise, they even gave me a small souvenir when I left. The only downside is that the room was a bit small; I almost didn't have space to lay my large suitcase flat to open it.

The location is excellent, very close to Harbin West Station. They even offer a send-off service, which is incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway exit, right below a large shopping mall, and Wanda Plaza is also very close by. The hotel's interior facilities are very luxurious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk upgraded my room for free and even gave me a cute little souvenir. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, I just have to praise it! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. Their warm attitude instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The floors were sparkling clean, the bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and odorless. The bathroom's vanity and toilet were spotless, without a trace of grime, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. It was a truly comfortable stay. For us, traveling by car, the parking was the most satisfying aspect. The hotel's own parking lot had plenty of spaces, and there was 24-hour security patrol, making parking convenient and safe. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. What's even more considerate is the hotel's excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions, saving us travel time and making it convenient for both sightseeing and trying local delicacies. This stay was absolutely perfect. The next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

Seriously, who gets this lucky?! On my last day in Harbin, I was sent off by a heavy snowfall! 🎬 The video of the snow falling outside the hotel entrance will forever be my most romantic memory of this city. I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. From the hotel staff to the locals I met on the street, everyone made me feel so welcome. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall just added an extra layer of romance to the city. So fulfilling! I'll definitely be back next time! ❤️ I recommend this to anyone who needs to catch a flight.

Manju Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Wanda) is very conveniently located near Wanda Shopping Mall. As we were travelling in winter with three young kids, it took us a little time to find the hotel. However, once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel has a Paw Patrol theme. Our kids were absolutely overjoyed, and it instantly turned a tiring journey into a happy one. A great choice for families with young children.

The room was a bit old and small, and the mini-bar was charged, though complimentary fruit was provided. Both the breakfast and the Executive Lounge offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The tall ladies at the Executive Lounge were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It left a wonderful impression of Harbin's service industry. The only downside was a male staff member in a black suit, seemingly a manager, at the Executive Lounge. His attitude was quite firm and cold. When we first arrived at the lounge, we found a window-side sofa seat, but because we were wearing slippers, he told us to go back and change our shoes. We immediately did so and asked him to hold the seats for us. However, upon our return, he told us he had moved us to a two-person table near the entrance, not by the window, saying the other three people needed the larger space, without consulting me first (his attitude was quite forceful). We had hoped to enjoy the night view from a window seat while having some food in the evening, so this incident somewhat dampened our mood. I felt his consideration was a bit lacking and it contrasted sharply with the excellent service from the other lounge staff.
