I drove here. There is a parking lot at the door. It is very close to the airport. The room was better than expected. It was very spacious and had 4 beds. The bathroom was equipped with conditioner and body lotion. The hot water was large and the pressure was high. It was very refreshing to take a shower. There is an Italian restaurant a few dozen meters ahead of the hotel. The food is delicious. If I have the chance to come again to catch a flight, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
Location: Excellent — centrally located and close to all essential services.
Cleanliness: Very good — rooms are well-maintained and regularly cleaned.
Family-Friendly: Highly suitable for families, with a quiet environment and comfortable amenities.

Location was good. Near the train station. Dining is easy with Halal food and supermarkets around the corner. Noise from outside can be heard if you open the windows. Luckily, there is a small fan for summer. Problems that we encountered were the smelly pee liked toilet and the door did not have a safety lock so it felt unsafe. Tried washing the toilet with water but the smell was still there.
Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

Be careful!
Husband and I forgot something so we returned to our room after we were downstairs for less than 15 minutes. At the door handle, our ‘privacy’ sign was still hanging there but was covered by ‘housekeeping’ sign. And one maid was in the room! Although she said she was there to clean the room but it’s ridiculous as I believe it’s every hotel’s staff 101 to know what the sign means. There’s only one sign there too so it’s no way to confuse.
Anyways we let her did her cleaning before we packed our stuffs back into the luggages before we left the room again. There’s a man talking to her in front of our room, who then turned to ask us if everything ok. He said he’s a staff so my husband told him about what happened but he kept saying that no one would get into the room when there’s the sign hanging. Even when my husband showed him the sign that still hanging at the door, he kept repeating the same sentence for 6 times! Without saying any other words! Is he a robot, I wonder lol but that made my husband stop wasting the time with him and we left. At least, the maid said sorry to us at the end.

The reception is very nice, very good service. I want to thank Hamid, because he helped us to change the room. We have a baby with us, he helped a lot. The hotel has one side closed to the train trail, so if you are sensitive to the sound, should choose another side.
Highly recommended, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in on a business trip! From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that attention to detail has been paid to every detail. The room was not only modern and stylishly furnished, but above all, spotlessly clean, truly of the highest standard!
The impeccable hygiene throughout the hotel is particularly noteworthy. You immediately feel at home and well looked after. The quiet, peripheral location was also ideal for me, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still very accessible.
This hotel impressively combines comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, whether for business or pleasure. A clear 5-star recommendation!
Good hotel except they got the booking on arrival wrong so house guest and staff vigorously knocked on my door - demanded action- I went to front desk and staff embarrassed - problem fixed - parking fees waived thankyou but……
Aside from this debacle still a good hotel
For the arrangement - no spoons.
For coffee cup - no spoons, no milk
Trash can broken - repaired by myself
Sink drain plug - repaired yourself
Bathtub drain broken
Bathtub silverfish discovered
Sauna area - no fruit/nibbles
The hotel is nice, with free parking, large rooms, clean and hygienic, and a gym. I am very satisfied with the stay on a business trip and will come again next time.
Facilities: good, but there is no kettle in the room

MMalu_BaAfter Lufthansa cancelled our flights very late at night and we had very little time to find a hotel in Munich, we found this hotel. It was really nice for the night. Not in the nicest of neighbourhoods but next day was very convenient to go to Central Munich.
It was clean and comfortable and the staff was absolutely brilliant!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is far from new, but many rooms have been renovated. Construction is in full swing on Schillerstrasse and everything is blocked off. The area was very controversial, but has now become quite unpleasant. Hotels give good discounts in connection with this, I think. The hotel has a good breakfast.
GGuest UserSuper price-performance ratio!
Beautiful hotel rooms, breakfast with a wide selection and very nice wellness/ sauna area!
The staff is also very friendly.
The only ”Manko”: depending on what is on the agenda, the hotel is a little far from the city centre. (May be a advantage or a disadvantage!)
I would book it again!
GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the facilities, room size and service here. It is very close to the station, and the station is not far from the city center, just a few minutes' walk. The two front desk staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they took me to the floor where I was staying and introduced the breakfast place. My charging cable was broken, and they helped me find a charging cable to lend me. I will recommend this hotel next time or if my friends come over.
DDean MauriceThis is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day.
The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg.
The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful.
The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to.
GGuest UserI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
AAnonymous UserThe location is advantageous, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, but the internal environment is average, the room area is a bit small, but the heating is good, the sound insulation is good, and the accommodation comfort is OK
EEdenUpon getting into the room, I found a piece of spent chewing gum stuck to the bathroom sink counter. Subsequently also found a similar gum mark on the hair dryer handle. The sink was draining very slowly, which was addressed promptly once reported.
As the location near the airport is isolated, there are limited food choices beyond the restaurant/cafe/snack bar in the lobby.
AAKADAI stayed here on New Year's Eve.
I had heard that the New Year's fireworks in Munich never stopped, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep, but the room was very quiet and airtight, so I was able to sleep peacefully.
It's a very unique and interesting hotel, but it was disappointing that the bed was expensive and difficult to use, and that there were no slippers or bathrobes. Other than that, I think it was good.
GGuest UserThere is a construction site near the one side of the hotel, we were frightened by the entire room being trembling like there is an earthquake at 7 am in the morning. We talked to the hotel and they offered a quiet and nice room for us, since then we had a very pleasant stay here.
If you’re traveling by train from Munich, I’d strongly recommend this place without any questions.
