3 minutes from the tram station, there is an EDEKA supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel; the room has a wet and dry bathroom and bathtub, there is a separate office space, very satisfied! The staff is very friendly and can store luggage early!
Great hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again.
I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munich!
Amazing hotel just across from Nuremberg main station, and also old town. Room with atrium view is basically room with windows but NO views except other rooms’ windows. But totally fine as long as the room is clean. comfortable and well provided, which it is. Shower is a little too weak but it seems to be standard across most hotels in Germany. The daily macaroons provided from housekeeping is lovely lovely ❤️❤️. Definitely coming back to this hotel again.
When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to pay extra 40euros per night for opening the sofa bed. but trip.com told us no need. Meanwhile, we called hotel on 17th May, a lady confirmed my booking including the sofa bed and no extra charges. Finally, they did not charge us extra 40euros. But it is not a good experience. If the hotel has relevant policy, should list it on the Trip website in advance. However, others is ok except this.
Nice hotel , good location train station outside ideal for travelling to Oktoberfest. Nice room with comfy bed. Shower v good . Breakfast was ok , not much hot offerings and run out of products before 11. Receptionists were v friendly and helpful .
Room is excellent. Very spacious room for 3 of us. Bathroom had shower/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap and hand lotion. There were also complimentary drinks provided in our room''s mini bar. Breakfast was awesome, wide varieties and was very fresh. Definitely to book again when back in Munich.
Good locations 2 blocks away from Munich train station and near old town. Neighbourhood is a bit shady at night, with loud people hanging around. Facilities showing age and elevator was slow and sensor not receptive but relatively well maintained considering age of property. Staff is generally helpful.

888topThe room was spotless and had no strange odors, and it was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The continental breakfast was quite extensive. Overall, it offers good value for money, and there was plenty of parking available. My only minor gripe was that the duvet was a bit short, making it slightly uncomfortable.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is far from new, but many rooms have been renovated. Construction is in full swing on Schillerstrasse and everything is blocked off. The area was very controversial, but has now become quite unpleasant. Hotels give good discounts in connection with this, I think. The hotel has a good breakfast.
GGuest UserSuper price-performance ratio!
Beautiful hotel rooms, breakfast with a wide selection and very nice wellness/ sauna area!
The staff is also very friendly.
The only ”Manko”: depending on what is on the agenda, the hotel is a little far from the city centre. (May be a advantage or a disadvantage!)
I would book it again!
GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the facilities, room size and service here. It is very close to the station, and the station is not far from the city center, just a few minutes' walk. The two front desk staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they took me to the floor where I was staying and introduced the breakfast place. My charging cable was broken, and they helped me find a charging cable to lend me. I will recommend this hotel next time or if my friends come over.

GGuest UserI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
TTraveler 123Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive.
As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep.
The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring.
In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
DdyhxFree hotel shuttle provided by Airparks. At Terminal 2, follow the signs that say 'Bus/Hotel Shuttle' and head towards the Bus Terminal, Stop #11. The buses run at xx10 hrs, xx30 hrs and xx50 hrs. It makes a stop at Terminal 1 before heading to the hotels. It actually stops at a big car park building 2 mins walk from the hotel. You'll see the hotel before it turns in and alights passengers at Airpark's holding area. Then it's a short walk across the road to the hotel where you enter from the back of the hotel.
Simple room, good for one, might be a squeeze for 2 persons with big luggages. No wardrobe, just open hanging hooks which is great too. No mini fridge but basic shower amenities are provided except toothbrush/toothpaste. Bed and pillows is a little too soft for my liking.
Quite expensive for a one night stay, especially for me, it was just 10 hrs literally - to shower and sleep.
There's a bus stop a few mins walk from the hotel where you can hop on a direct public bus for €4.10 (cash only, no change given, runs every 15 mins or so) or pay €10 for the Airparks shuttle (runs every 20-30 mins) back to the airport.
Yyuk kei elstan fongThe hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!
AAToiI recently stayed at Flemings Hotel for three nights and found its location to be exceptional. Just a 5-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof (central station), the hotel is also very close to Marienplatz and easily walkable to the renowned art museums, making it perfect for travelers wanting to explore Munich on foot.
The room was noticeably clean, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. However, one unusual design feature stood out - the fully glass toilet area. While visually modern, this design choice completely lacks privacy, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. It's something potential guests should be aware of before booking.
The hotel's Italian restaurant was a consistent highlight of my stay. I dined there every evening, and the dinner service was exceptional. The service staff during dinner were particularly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistently good, making my evening meals a real pleasure.
Unfortunately, my last day brought a stark contrast. I decided to try the hotel's breakfast, and the experience was disappointing. The service staff at breakfast was noticeably different - the approach felt rude and impersonal. The way payment and room number were requested came across as condescending, which was a significant departure from the warmth I'd experienced during dinner. The breakfast itself was underwhelming, with little to recommend.
To sum up, the hotel offers a great location and excellent dinner service, but comes with some notable inconsistencies. The glass toilet design might be a deal-breaker for those seeking privacy, and the breakfast service needs improvement. For travelers who prioritize location and don't mind an unconventional bathroom layout, this hotel could still be a solid choice.
