This hotel offers great value for money. While the location is a bit out of the way, there's a tram stop just a few steps from the entrance that goes straight to the city center. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. What truly sets this hotel apart, especially after staying in so many across Europe, is the free mini-bar with Coke, juice, and beer, replenished daily!

The only advantage is that it is cheap. Because the hotel is unmanned, all services are self-service. My sewer was blocked and the repair cycle was very long. I sent an email but no one replied. After a day, I talked to the waiter in person and waited another 12 hours before the repair. But the only advantage is that it is cheap.
The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but the facilities are quite comprehensive. The room is small but clean and tidy, and the hotel also has an indoor swimming pool. A special highlight is the breakfast restaurant, which has a great ambiance and a wide variety of food.

I stayed in a single room at this hotel for my flight the next day. The room was very claustrophobic, and there was an unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out for a very long time—an irritating, dusty odor. The towels were carelessly placed and didn’t smell clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable here at all. The only good thing for me was that the airport was just a 10-minute bus ride away.
Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread.
Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me.
My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience.
Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay.
It's great. The location is a bit out of the city center, but the surrounding area seems to be newly developed as a commercial district. There are many hotels nearby, and it's clean. I booked through Trip.com, and I'm grateful to the staff for allowing my son, who was left out when booking, to stay.
It was nice to see the staff diligently cleaning and organizing the area from early in the morning, preparing for the baby's arrival. It's located next to Allianz Arena, making it convenient for moving around with luggage. I booked early a few months before my trip, but the price is a bit high compared to European prices, but it was inevitable because it coincided with the Oktoberfest.
Personally, it's a great hotel.
I stayed here during a business trip. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the exhibition center, and there's a large mall nearby with plenty of dining options. However, the hotel itself is quite old and the facilities are outdated. Plus, they don't offer any room service, which makes it terrible value for money. If the price were lower during exhibition periods, it would be an acceptable option overall.

Hotel can be reached with public transport from Munich main station in about 50 min. The rooms are clean and tidy. However, during my stay, both 3-in-1 shampoos in the bathroom were empty. I was provided with a replacement relatively quickly after I let the reception know. My bathroom also smelled a little funny. Finally, the hotel website states that shuttles to the airport are available. This is true, but they are an extra 12 euros. It is very possible they state this, but I missed it. If you are staying near the airport for an early flight the next day, consider investing that extra money in a room closer to the airport.
