All very well. Some lack of organization between reception and cleaning. Since the cleaning staff accesses the room to check if it is still occupied, this is at 8:15. I thought it could be a mistake, but when we returned to the room after breakfast, we saw the same case in another room that was also occupied. Otherwise everything perfect

We drove to Toledo. The city is relatively small and has a hilly road. Parking is a bit difficult. The front desk couldn't explain the parking discount and usage. It took a lot of time to get the parking ticket and use it. The restaurant is good, with a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is large and antique. English communication is a bit flawed.
Nice location.
Pretty hotel.
Good service with helpful reception staff.
Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell.
Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.

The hotel has a strategic location and is within easy reach of all major attractions. The hotel room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the hotel staff has a very good attitude, and the recommended restaurants are of good quality and low price. The breakfast is rich, tastes good and has many choices. Will definitely come again
The hotel is in a great location, but it's not in the old town. It's on the hill opposite the old town, so you can overlook the old town, the church and the castle. The sunset is very beautiful. You must stay at this hotel when you go to Toledo. Check in at 15:00. If you arrive early, you can only send your luggage and go to the old town. There are shuttle buses to the old town, or you can walk. It will take about an hour to walk.
In order to see the Cardinal's Resident Cathedral and the ancient Roman Bridge in Toledo, staying at the Maria Hotel, the beauty at the front desk arranged a nice room for us, you can see the church on the mountain, there is a parking garage.
The room was great with incredible views but at 9:30 in the morning on Sunday the cleaning service began its work making a noise that did not allow us to rest, vacuum cleaner, voices, movements of cars in the hallway... a disaster that kept us awake all the time. When we left, the receptionist didn't even say goodbye and when we wanted to go have a coffee, the cafeteria was closed.

Due to the weather, we decided to temporarily change our route and stay in Tolando for two nights. We encountered a parade and didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is close to the church, and the parking lot is about 15 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, relatively new, and the electric towel rack is very useful. Bringing children does not occupy a bed, but we were asked to pay 60-120 euros to upgrade, but in the end we were given a regular room, which was a bit unpleasant. The next day a new front desk informed us that we should not be charged, and the 60 euros were fully refunded. Relatively reasonable and honest, this is a good comment! In addition, it is not recommended to have breakfast in the hotel, buy it yourself in the supermarket or eat at McDonald's

It was a historic hotel that looked like a castle at first glance, but the facilities were renovated and clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious with salad, fruit and croissants, and there was also a coffee machine in Nesporesso. It was a complex building that could not go to the guest room without changing to the elevator 2, but there was no problem if I got used to it. The location was good because the elevator to go to the city of Toledo was also very close.

Go through the narrow alley to the hotel entrance, go to the front desk to ask how to park, the hotel uncle came out to open the garage door, the hotel actually has its own underground garage! Under the command of the uncle, Mr. parked the car. The hotel is very close to the main church. In addition, after returning to the hotel, I found that there is a terrace on the third floor of the hotel. Toledo under the sunset is particularly beautiful, so don't miss it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not very well located, has no own parking and is very difficult parking**** near. The hotel is beautiful and has everything necessary for a pleasant stay but if it is very complicated parking**** near.

WWEIRANBreakfast did not eat! A little distance from the scenic spot! It is very convenient to drive by car. It is necessary to go a little earlier. Sometimes it will be no place at night. There is no charge for parking! There is a bus to the cliff house at the door

BBendilaohuThe hotel is in the center of Cuenca, and the city garden is at the door. Walk to the old city cathedral and the hanging house for about 1 km. The old town prohibits non-registered resident vehicles, and will automatically shoot fines. There are many paid parking spaces on the roadside around, and free parking is available from 8 pm to 9 am. The front desk service was warm and the room was large and comfortable. The restaurant is also open to the outside world, very good.

GGuest UserAll perfect . It does not have parking although it has a parking lot nearby. You have to leave the car in the parking lot first if you don't have to give the bill to Toledo
GGuest UserHotel located next to the Imaginalia shopping center and close to the highway. It has ample free outdoor parking. Next to reception, there are always coffee and water machines and some sweet or savory pastries, all free, which is a nice touch. The rooms are very simple and minimalist, with the basics, but more than enough for a short stay (the closet is very small). It's fairly new, and the beds are comfortable. The only flaw we found was that the duvets weren't very clean and were slightly yellowing. If it weren't for that, everything would have been perfect.
