Our stay at Roomzzz was excellent! Very modern rooms and very clean. As someone who needs to eat a lot, and frequently, the kitchenette was a great addition. Check in and out was quick and simple. Hot drinks and pastries in a morning is a lovely little bonus. Excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. Parking was secure and good price at £10 per night in comparison to other local parking facilities, and they let us park for extra time on check out day so we could go grab some breakfast. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had some noisy neighbours wake us up at 1am and the staff handled it very promptly.
The cons were minor things, there was no instructions for the aircon or induction hob so we couldn’t figure out how to work them. Maybe a little manual for them would be helpful. Also, the shower went cold quite a few times (only for a few seconds at at time) but I’m assuming this is due to high water use. It wasn’t a big issue and given how beautiful the bathroom was, I didn’t really mind! Last thing, our room looked immediately onto the entrance to a university building, so we couldn’t really get changed with the curtains open, but honestly if I’d have asked to change rooms, I can imagine the staff would’ve done their best to accommodate this.
All in all, excellent stay and we will definitely be returning!😊

This hotel is clean, and recently refurbished. Staff very friendly, good breakfast.
Only downside were the lifts, one wasn’t working and the other two were over used
Hotel facilities are good, but, spit a few things, first, there is no door to help carry the luggage, our two girls have to move two large boxes from the car, it is still very difficult. Second, the room is still small, and third, the hotel is relatively far from Nottingham city centre, actually already in Derbyshire, not in Nottingham. The last thing to complain about is that we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The hotel we assigned to us for the first time was not cleaned at all. After negotiating with the front desk, we changed another room. This made us feel very poor when we were exhausted in the early morning.
Was lucky to be the first to stay in one of the rooms in the new wing.
Very clean and comfortable with all new furnishings and new 55 inch tv
Unfortunately, I was only booked in for the one night; arrived late and left early. Overall a short but pleasant stay. Would book again in future if visiting Nottingham.
Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.
Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

We stayed there for 8 nights. We arrived on Sunday. The first night have problem with shower heater, no hot water for taking bath. Though it was late at night, still able to find staff to come and check. Unfortunately heater cannot be fixed. The second day they changed the room for us. But have another issue on sofa bed. Reception lady is very nice and helpful, she helps us to fix the sofa bed.
In general, the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, but staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Apartment is close to city centre, and indoor parking is available. We definitely will stay in this apartment again when coming to Nottingham.

BBrianlwyI had a day trip at Nottingham and i booked this amazing hotel ,The room size is adequate for a family with 4 members like me ,the room is absolutely clean and tidy.It also has gym room and swimmimg pool although i didn't have time to enjoy. The reception attendees show up professional who can speak a clear english to ensure me understood because i am not a native citizen .The breakfast is just like all the other hotel which has everything you can eat.Overall it is a recommend hotel for someone who come to Notthingham

KKarenBrilliant stay, excellent sleep and quirky cosy room. I loved the look and feel of the hotel and it was surprisingly quiet even facing the Main Street. However bathroom window looked out onto the Main Street and the blind in that room was held up with masking tape. Only because I am tall could I safely hold the blind up to the ceiling and pull it up and down to shut it. Hair dryer was dangerous to use too, clearly broken, made a terrible noise and elements glowed bright red inside. Couldn’t use it. Informed desk as I left, they already knew about the blind(?) and acknowledged the hairdryer,

JJulieThe hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.
BBenjamin ArthurA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
GGuest UserGood location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs.
Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good.
Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice.
Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans
Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived
Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again
Price was good value for money!
