Swift and prompt check in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is very spacious and ergonomically comfortable. The location is superb right in the center of the city center where all the activities and attractions are.

The washer tabs do not provide a non-slip mat in the shower room. We requested to buy one since we will be staying for three days, but they denied our request due to risk concerns. Instead, they offered a towel to place inside the shower. Even so, they should be able to provide non-slip strips! Secondly, the elevator to the G floor lift lobby is not convenient for elderly or accessible individuals, as it requires stepping up a staircase.,

Good budget hotel. Clean but bathroom was a little bit run down. Would have liked a couple of bottles of complimentary water. Otherwise, a great location, staff are friendly. Did try the breakfast as lots of other good options near by.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again

Stayed here the night before a conference. Booked a queen room but was assigned a room with twin beds which had been pushed together. Upon querying this with reception their response was that I was in the room type booked and described this as a queen room. Didn’t use the facilities as I arrived fairly late in the evening and checked out first thing. Convenient location for the M1

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the city centre. Despite its central location, the hotel is very quiet. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff friendly. The cost of the room was exceptional value. We will definitely return in the future.

I always book premier inn wherever I go as its my favourite hotel with comfy beds. But I have a new number 1 hotel and it you the roooomzzzz. Lovely hotel, very clean, kitchen and sofa in room. Central for everything. Very friendly reception team. Perfect night away with my hubby. Thankyou. Amenities top class.

A fantastic find. We normally stay at the Orchard when visiting our son at uni, but this was just around the corner from his house so we took a punt. It was great, and much more convenient for town.

Couldn't fault the staff or service .would recommend and would stay here again.
