Upon arrival I was greeted by Mita at the front desk who made my check-in a smooth experience with a friendly welcome, polite and professional approach. She is an asset to this hotel. The front door security are well mannered and overly helpful too. Woke up to a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is large, but the rooms are tiny. There's only one 400W hairdryer in the entire hotel, and someone knocked on the door early in the morning (around 6 AM) to take it, saying someone else wanted it. If you can find a suitable hotel elsewhere, I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

I lived in this hotel a few years ago and it's ok, it's more convenient to eat around. I didn't feel good about staying this time. It was a room with no windows. When I booked the room, I didn't see any prompts.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this Hotel many times, this time we happened to stay on the Ramadhan, there is quite a clear difference, the food served is less varied and the staff we saw at the restaurant cm 1 person, We wanted to ask for help for a while before we were served because ybs also served others, the clerk who used to be in the egg section this time was not there even though we wanted it.
