We had our wedding in the Kilmore Hotel in September and we could not recommend them highly enough. The staff went above and beyond in every way so we didn't have to worry about a thing, the food was exceptional (as always) and we are so so glad that we chose there as our wedding venue. Paul, Cora, Gemma and the whole team were so helpful, friendly and really put us at ease at every stage to make sure we could relax and enjoy our day. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable and the grounds were perfect for our photographs too. The feedback we have had from our wedding guests has been so positive and so many people commented on the quality of the service and the food. If we could do it all over again we wouldn't dream about going anywhere else.

Stayed here for the first time and this is my honest review: Hotel and decor beautiful Every single member of staff where incredible (they are all a credit to the hospitality sector and the hotel) Our room 207 was nice only gripe was view but would request different one next time I really appreciated the water fountain on the floors and think this is a great feature for sustainability and for customers visiting the hotel, well done for that Didn't use the leisure facilities but my partner did and thinks we were both bit disappointed that we paid so much money to stay and dine, throughout the duration of our stay that I definitely think it should have been complimentary. I have 4 kids and the pool was very crowded and it would have been a lovely feature to have for couples visiting.I hope you change this in the future. Otherwise our stay was really lovely and would be back to visit soon as we loved the grounds so well maintained and felt like it was such a great added feature to this already beautiful hotel. Thank you, hope to visit soon

I recently had an incredible night at Cabra Castle. After attending a wedding there and being thoroughly impressed, I decided to treat my sister and her husband to a night at the castle for her 40th birthday. My husband and I also booked a last-minute surprise stay. The staff was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Farnham Estate has to be one of the most perfect locations to relax and unwind. I was no sooner in the gate than I felt the weeks tension start to slip away. It's such a scenic location and the staff are so incredibly pleasant. I didn't visit the spa on this occasion but I know from previous experience it wouldn't disappoint. We had beautiful rooms with plenty of natural light and the comfiest beds. Always a great buzz about the lobby which lifts the spirits. Can't wait to get back for my next visit 🤗

I attended my brother's wedding here on 22nd April and from the moment we arrived at the hotel until check out the following day everything was outstanding! Every single member of staff from the managers who greeted us at the door upon arrival, bar staff, waiting staff, receptionists and housekeeping staff in the corridors greeted us with a warm and genuine smile and a friendly hello. My first impression from the outside was the hotel looked quite plain and ordinary but don't let that fool you! Once inside the interior was simply beautiful. It was tasteful and elegant but also bright and modern. The bedrooms were a generous size and spotlessly clean. With the vantage from the top table I could observe the entire service throughout and it was probably the best and smoothest wedding service I have seen. At this point I should mention I have 16 years experience in hospitality. The service during the meal was exceptional. All members of staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother. The food was full of flavour and beautifully presented as was the breakfast the following morning so special shout out to the chefs you do an amazing job and often without the recognition you deserve! Apologies if this was long winded but it's been over a month now from the wedding and everyone is still raving about it, so from all of us Thank you very much for making our day special and one we certainly won't forget.
