Conveniently located next to the JR Miyazaki Station. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. All the amenities were available such as the coin laundry, free Wi-Fi, and convenient USB charging ports. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended if staying in Miyazaki.

Counter staff was very friendly and able to speak inEnglish or chinese. Check in was swift, using automated counter with staffs helping. Room was smaller than expected. Only offered 1 pillow per pax but we requested for extra and they provided. We paid $250 without bkf which ee felt its high for the room size and location. There is 1 sushi restaurant must try, Take Sushi! Rem to call for booking!

Staff are good.but Air conditioner can be only open as heater. Can’t set to cooling. Window can open just a little. At the night when we stay outside temp seem higher than usual I need to use air filter wind to cool my body. I’m not satisfied.

From 3 PM to 8 PM, there was a wonderful complimentary service offering not only coffee and juice but also shochu mixed drinks. While the snacks were limited in quantity and gone by late evening, I was perfectly satisfied as I was able to enjoy a couple of alcoholic beverages at my leisure. Although the building and facilities feel a bit dated, I highly recommend this business hotel, especially for those who enjoy a drink or want to relax right after arrival.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

The hotel cleanliness is spotless, the facilities are above average in Japan (such as the onsen), the breakfast is healthy and delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. I had a pleasant time in Miyazaki and the hotel made feel like at home.

I was worried because the facilities were old in the word of mouth, but there was nothing wrong with it, and the room was very clean and very comfortable! I took an open-air bath in the morning and at night, but the attention was great because cold water was prepared in the dressing room and I wanted to use it again ❣️

It was very clean and excellent despite being inexpensive. I booked a room on short notice, but they explained everything clearly and I was able to check in smoothly. The shower pressure was perfect, the toilet had a bidet, and it was just like a regular hotel. We also received a bento box lunch each, which was delicious. The amenities were excellent, and there was a washing machine and vending machines. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is showing its age a bit, but it's probably the best you'll find in Miyazaki. There were a lot of Japanese guests, and I barely saw any other foreign tourists. The fireworks show at night was absolutely incredible! The only downside is that there aren't many convenience stores nearby; you have to walk through a forest to find a 7-Eleven. There are also some attractions close by, but I didn't have time to visit them.

This hotel is centrally located on a main road, yet it's clean and quiet. The decor is new and lovely. They offer breakfast and complimentary drinking water, and the service is great. There are plenty of dining and shopping options, as well as convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for tourists. It's definitely the top choice for a first-time visit to Miyazaki.
