The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel condition was clean and good. The amenities were well organized with the necessary items, and the breakfast was neatly served. The underground parking lot is well equipped, and it was good to use convenience facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants nearby, probably because it is on the innovation city side. However, there is a heater on the ceiling above the bed, so the room gets warm quickly, but the air feels stuffy when sleeping, Personally, it was a little disappointing that the bathroom was located on the window side, not the door side, so you could see the room right away as soon as you opened the door.

Because it's the room to protest, I'm too tired of the noise after 8 o'clock. ㅠㅠ The location is also at the end of the South Sea, so it takes an hour more in the South Sea ㅠㅠ But the staff are very kind, so it's very good

The room and bathroom were spacious and quiet, with a view of the ocean. It was nice. If I visit Geoje again next time, I will 100% come back. My friends were also very satisfied! However, it was a bit inconvenient that I had to go all the way to the information center to use the microwave~

The staff's service was very friendly. However, since we added 2 more people, we slept on the floor with the bedding laid out, but the carpeted floor was a bit uncomfortable, so it was a shame that there was no thin board or anything like that. I was satisfied with the separate bath and swimming pool, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious.

I brought my parents and stayed in a Pine View Suite with an on-site room upgrade. Not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior and furniture were all built with the highest quality materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere and at the same time a comfortable feeling without being burdensome. In particular, I was surprised by the thoughtfulness of being able to press the elevator in advance within the room, and the pine trees planted on each terrace and the wood-toned rooms made me feel like I was at home, so I had a really good rest. It was a hotel where you could fully enjoy greater value than the price, thanks to the friendly service of the staff. This spacious room is recommended not only for families, but also for business travelers staying for a while!

This is a place I use with my family every summer vacation. This year, I wanted to take a quiet rest with my husband, so we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and spent time healing from nature while facing the dense forest beyond the window every day. 1. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, so it’s great for a quiet walk. 2. The best thing is that the overall condition of the accommodation is very good. I feel this every time I use it, but the bedding makes me sleep well. The bed is very difficult to sleep in, so I toss and turn even in a 5-star hotel, but fortunately this place is busy lying down so I can get a good night's sleep. *^^* 3. There are two double beds, which are big enough for 4 people. There is also a tea table, so it's nice to drink tea and talk. Of course, the room is very spacious, so it somehow feels peaceful and relaxing. 4. My husband is using the bathroom, so I took a picture! Although it was not included, a hair dryer was provided, and 4 towels, shampoo, and shower wash were provided as eco-friendly products. It's the same product that can be used for both hand washing and foam cleansing, and it has a subtle, natural scent. Check-in took place later than the scheduled time, which was a bit inconvenient. During the peak season, I hoped that the basement restaurant would be able to serve a buffet meal even on weekends and public holidays. When you are tired physically and mentally from working hard and need a rest, go to Sancheong Oriental Medicine Family Hotel. I would like to recommend that you take a break. I also made inquiries to the front desk from time to time, and I am grateful to the staff who responded kindly each time. I had a good rest.

Only setback I experienced is that we were given a family room with only 1 double bed. As for my child, he had to sleep on the floor with the thin mattress provided by the hotel. This is definitely a ”no-no” for me but we were left with no other options but to accept the room. We were told that we had a late check-in and there is no more family rooms w double bed. I am not very happy as I had make sure that I booked a family toom w double bed. The hotel website also did not mentioned this either. Other than this, this hotel has a very nice view of the sea. Room is clean and spacious for a family room. Hotel has a nice cafe place, Starbucks, screen sports, supermarket, etc. There are also several restaurants nearby.

It is close to Wahyeon dock and beach, and is also conveniently located for access to other Geoje Island tourist attractions. Although the rooms were a bit old, it wasn't enough to make them inconvenient to use. However, it was a bit disappointing that many of the auxiliary facilities were not in operation or were operating at a reduced capacity due to the off-season.

This is already my third trip to Geoje. Stubborn is absolutely amazing. I was able to relax in a quiet Mongdol. Be sure to experience the ocean view spa in particular~~ We also provided a welcome drink in the 6th floor lounge. It's perfect to have a drink with the sea breeze. Next time, I'll have to invite my whole family. The view is great 24 hours a day.
