I had a fantastic four‑night stay while in town for Marrakech half marathon. The service from the staff stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It made the whole experience feel smooth. The hotel is conveniently close to several restaurants and bakeries, which made grabbing meals and snacks incredibly easy, especially on busy race days. Being able to walk everywhere was an added bonus. It was an excellent stay, and I will return next year for another marathon event.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The lobby had fresh flowers, and the scent was amazing. The pristine white linens, the room size, and the balcony furniture were all fantastic 🤩. The breakfast perfectly suited my taste. There's some construction happening, as they're adding more floors to the main building, but it didn't affect our stay at all since our room overlooked the smaller pool. All our requests were handled incredibly quickly. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to try the spa; we only stayed for three nights and wanted to explore the city more.

Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Facilities: This is a great hotel, located right next to the Marrakech train station. I highly recommend staying here if you want to avoid getting ripped off by taxis. Ambiance: Nice, there's a large swimming pool in the middle. It seems all rooms have balconies, perfect for enjoying a local Casablanca beer. It was during the Africa Cup, and you could watch the car parades celebrating Morocco's wins 🍾

The hotel is old, the linoleum floors are patched and have holes in them. The room is very dimly lit (the lamps are dim). Overall, it's fine for just an overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Everything was good, especially the bean omelette prepared by Mrs. Salwa.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and the overall facilities are very good, except for the shower door, which is not very waterproof and leaks outside after taking a shower. Hygiene: Very good Environment: Located in the new city area, there are many restaurants around and it is also convenient to go to the mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the old city and a 10-minute drive from the Majorelle Gardens Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, free parking is provided, and the security is also very responsible.

Шикарный отель! Очень красивый внешний вид, чистота, приятный запах в Лобби. Завтрак был вкусный (положили много фруктов 🤩) Расположение тоже отличное, легко найти его. Вокруг полно ресторанчиков. В день выезда помогли заказать такси и отнесли вещи. Спасибо 💕 С удовольствием вернусь в этот отель

PROS: Nice location, close to the railway station. Easy to get to historical sites. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Rather clean rooms. CONS: Way too noisy. No noise cancelling at all. You can perfectly hear your neighbours, reception, people walking down the street, cars beeping 24/7 etc. As if you were sleeping outside. Shower bath is quite small (around 0.75m x 0.75m), which was okay for me, but some would probably not fit in. High and hard pillows

My family needed to leave the car in Marakesh for an overnight excursion (1 night). The manager denied the request (it took asking several people to get an answer) because someone had recently left their car in the lot for a month. We had two rooms in the hotel and were asking for 1 day - and we were trying to be honest about it. I would think you had several customers that take that type of excursion and that you could easily be accomadating to that need, especially since you advertise free parking. Otherwise the stay was good. And you could have told us that that there was overnight parking available in the mall parking lot right up the street, instead of recommending a possible lot a 10 minute cab ride away.
