Great accomodation. Thank you to FO staff namely Helmi for the free upgrade to Premier Lounge room at level 20. Facilities also in good condition except tv channel and lift. Easy connection to all places. Just walking distance only. Tv channel - not many variety and unclear picture. Hotel to consider to change the tv channel package such as Astro, Vision, etc or modulator also from analog to digital, maybe? Lift - on checkout day, we had waiting for the lift from level 20 to level G for almost half an hour. Got 8 lift but non can enter. Traffic jammed. Till end up, maintenance/security staff need to block lift to pickup all the guest from top level. Hotel need to improve the traffic during peak hours. That's all from my side. The hotel is located in the middle of Melaka, but there are not many activities nearby. There is a river cruise within walking distance, but I didn’t try it. We only used the water taxi, which was cheaper, to travel from Jonker Walk back to the hotel. The food selection is limited—just enough to fill your stomach, but not much variety. I was quite disappointed with the coffee machine; the coffee is too light, and even the Americano is not strong. The lift is annoying, as the waiting time is very long when going up or down. and the sticker make it confusing to search for number,and screen didn't show which floor when lift stop. need to upgrade or do something ,the lift waiting time is very poor. The lifts are frequently full. At times, we opted to use the stairs due to long waiting times; however, the stairwell is dull and gives an uncomfortable feeling. My kids loved the pool, but it needs maintenance. I noticed some broken tiles, which could potentially cause injuries to children. The room is just nice. I booked a studio suite, and the toilet has transparent glass. In our room, the glass was blurry, but you can still see shadows. I asked the receptionist about the Premier room, and they mentioned that it is not even blurry—it is fully see-through. I think the hotel should consider installing a curtain or proper covering for the bathroom, as this can be quite inconvenient when traveling with family.

Location: Near to tourist attraction, can easily get grab car to jonker street, distance about 5 min, rm5 fee Room: Clean and big, very convi to arrange our luggages, bed is soft like 5 star standard Service: Some front counter staffs are not helpful, as tourists, we ask questions like how to go nearby attractions, they answer us impatiently, a male staff even show sour face when i ask him about the parking payment, housekeeping also very slow responde when we need help about the safety box usage.

Stay here with my friend because she got into an accident and she doesn't have a place to stay especially with her injuries. I paid like RM134 per night and I stayed there for 2 nights in a row. It's definitely a very comfortable stay, complete amenities, respectful front desk tho a bit too slow like they took more than 10 minutes just to process online booking. The price reflected the place. Very close to MITC Mydin and there's also Watson nearby along with other shops like Secret Recipe, Bakers Cottage, Ayam Gepuk, Zus Coffee. Amenities are amazing, complete toiletries (soap, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, bath towels, small towels, toilet paper etc I can't even remember what else) They also prepared plastic bag. The room is very big, lots of space for prayers. Got a vanity table along with huge mirrors. There was 2 mineral bottles with a kettle, cups, spoons, an instant noodle cup, instant coffee and milk tea. The air conditioning and tv works as well even tho the tv only shows some basic channels. They also got room service for meals but as expected with quite an expensive price. Also got a huge window with city view.

good to be back here after a while. but the toilet irritates me. the water stagnates on the floor and cannot flow into the drainage as it should, the beds are not comfortable enough, problems also occurred when i want to empty the water in the bath tub - the scrubber problematic. I was given the room number 1403.

We stayed at this service apartment for one night and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our needs. We even used the washing machine to do laundry before heading back to Singapore. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the free parking was a welcome bonus. The car park is newly built, with plenty of space and easy parking, and we appreciated having a dedicated slot. While it's not the most walkable location, with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away, it's easy to get around by car. And if you're craving local food, Grad food is a great option! Overall, we were delighted with our stay and got great value for the price. We'd highly recommend this service apartment and plan to return on our next trip to Malacca.

Enjoy my trip in Courtyard by Marriot. Clean and great hospitality from the concierge, housekeeping, security, bell boy. The room really nice and quite spacious. The breakfast is totally my favorite of my stay.... great food and lot of varieties. Make sure to try their breakfast in your visit

Exceeded expectations, this was the best hotel experience during our trip to Malaysia, which covered four cities (Kuala Lumpur, Semporna, Kota Kinabalu, and Malacca)! The hotel is very cozy and just the right size. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Malacca River banks, Jonker Street, and the Dutch Square (Red House). We were on the 15th floor, overlooking the picturesque 'S' bend of the Malacca River. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a sofa that could be used as a child's bed.

1. Stated there’s an upgrade in bedsheets so it’s higher quality more comfortable, that’s good to know  2. Toilet is very dirty with spider and weird insect I saw in just 4 days stay.  3. The blanket without the cover is very dirty and cream colour 4. Chair has blood stain  5. Toilet shower area is mouldy 6. Want more toilet paper or bath supplies or their tiny water? Add money. 1 layer toilet paper can last you 4 days for 2 pax? 2 mini 50 ml bottle can last you for 1 day?  7. No toothbrush  8. No room slippers  9. Basin water splashes everywhere, might as well shower standing near the basin.  Honestly this place has so much potential if house keeping really takes care and clean the property  There is 1 big mega mall opposite which is super convenient  Quite near jonker street too 15 min walk.  Staffs are polite and nice, check in and out process when it’s your turn, is pretty fast but there’s always long queues and waiting time.
