We booked two Studio Suite Twin for a family stay for 2 days. The staff was kind enough to give us adjoining rooms. The fixture and fittings are a bit old but the rooms, bed linen and couches were clean. The kettle in one of the rooms was faulty and a small table in the other room was wobbly. Both were replaced immediately. We enjoyed the space we had with the connecting rooms. On the second day, we did not leave our rooms until past 10am. The housekeeping team came twice to check if we wanted our rooms cleaned. We asked them to return half an hour later to do the housekeeping. However, when we returned to the rooms in the evening, the rooms were not cleaned yet. After a call to the reception and a talk with a staff member who came to the room, the rooms were cleaned promptly after that. I think the rooms need an upgrade. The hotel still provides small bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and bath soap whereas newer hotels have changed to refillable pump bottles for these toiletries. We noticed that some towels have blood and dirt stains on them. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Garden Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is very strategic — just about 15-20mins walk to the Red House, Jonker Street, and the riverside, where you can find plenty of nice bars, local food, and spots to explore. The free private parking was a big plus, especially for those driving in. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday — a perfect place to chill and enjoy Melaka at your own pace.

The house was spacious complete with tv kitchen utensils etc. Dedicated parking lot was provided with high security control. Easy check-in process and staff was very attentive and friendly. The bed was comfy and toilet was clean. Overall good experience and will come back again. Thank you.

The room was incredibly spacious. Its location right by Malacca offered absolutely stunning sunset views. Getting to attractions by taxi was also very convenient. It's a great choice for a trip or holiday.

Got the family Deluxe room The kids love it because of the slide and the projector. The hotel design is very unique with retro feel but nodren facilities. They provude a DIY tote bag for the kids. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Awesome experience. The only issue is the carpark which the hotel free carpark is located 5 minutes walk.

I had a pleasant stay at the homestay. The unit was nice, spacious, and comfortable,with a lovely view of Melaka town. It was a relaxing place to unwind after exploring the city. I appreciated that the unit came with a washing machine,which was very convenient. However, there was no dryer and no designated place to dry clothes, which made laundry a bit challenging. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay, especially if you're looking for comfort and a good view. Just keep in mind the limited laundry drying options if you're planning a longer visit.

Convenient location, right where the bus from Singapore have a stop at. It's also where the Buses back to Singapore will pickup passengers. Also just a short walk to multiple malls, including a sheltered 10min walk all the way to A Famosa, and another 10min walk to the Jonker Street entrance. Also close to multiple great restaurants (Atlantic Nyonya, Ee Ji Ban) and massage places. Service was friendly and helpful, and though my checkin was delayed by 30min as the room wasn't ready, they allowed checkout till 1230pm so net-net I guess haha! Although I didn't have any meals at the restaurant, the staff was kind enough to provide utensils and a bowl when I requested one for my grabfood. Room-wise, it was sufficient and decent for its price. Bed was comfortable, Aircon was cool, and cleanliness passable. Only a few minor issues like some stains at the corner of the bedsheets, no shaver set, and the poor quality TV. I think the most bothersome was that the walls and door let in sounds so easily and we had the misfortune of having elderly Vietnamese tourists staying around us who talk so loudly and with a tendency to chat along the hallway. Otherwise, really recommend Estadia Hotel for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay at Melaka!

Second time staying in this hotel, first in May2023. Room is well maintained. I booked room with 2 double bed, it is spacious ~ except a little bit dusty. Toiletries are provided but no comb. This round I skip breakfast so can’t comment. Parking is available. Location is okay for me as self drive. Short drive to Jonker Street and Aeon supermarket. The swimming pool is nice, kids love it.

Hotel location is strategic, near to most of the tourist spot like AFamosa, Dutch square and church of st Paul. A lots of restaurants nearby, nyonya food, chicken rice ball, and etc. Cleanliness is superb and space is spacious. Breakfast is ok, ordinary buffet breakfast but without melaka specialties like kuih nyonya or satay celup may be. In conclusion, is a good place to stay and I will come back again. Parking also available inside the hotel.

Our corner room was very quiet, and we appreciated that the windows could be opened. Being on the 10th floor, we enjoyed great views and fresh air. The room itself was clean, though the facilities felt a bit dated. For instance, the iron was broken, and the ironing board was quite dirty. On a positive note, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location was incredibly convenient. While it was difficult to hail a taxi using ride-hailing apps, we could easily find one by walking a short distance. Heroes' Square was directly across the street, and many attractions were within easy walking distance.
