Nice hotel. Located in the center of Lusaka, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. Breakfast is also OK, and there are Indian breads.
Not a place I can normally afford but Trip.com was half the price of ***********.
15 minute walk to the Intercity bus terminal.
Clean, quiet, spacious, good bed and shower. Helpful staff.
Enjoyed the stay.
Facilities: Complete facilities
Hygiene: clean and hygienic
Environment: Lots of greenery, suitable for tourism and business
Convenient for business travel and convenient transportation. There is breakfast, which is very convenient for working. Continue to choose here next time you go on a business trip!
Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there
The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good. The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean. The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.
Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast.
Perfect location and clean hotel.
Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request.
A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.
The room is clean and tidy, close to the embassy area, very safe and convenient. There is a Chinese food city 2 kilometers away from the hotel, with many choices and not expensive. The only bad thing is that you need to ask the front desk for bottled water, and the room only has the refill drinking water provided by the hotel.
Very good business experience journey, African hotels are good, have the opportunity to continue to stay again, the hotel overall clean service quality is a four-star

JJibicaicaiThe room is the standard of Vienna in China. The service staff needs to be improved. She only cleaned once every three days and hung the old towels back. It's a bit speechless. If there is one more person staying, breakfast will be charged 20 US dollars. It's not worth 20 RMB. The only big advantage is that the room is for smoking.

NNomadSDThe best thing about this hotel is its location. Literally behind the parliament fence. Which means relative peace, quiet at night and 24-hour security. The spacious green area with a swimming pool is a romantic place for breakfast, work or just doing nothing. The guest rooms are not the most outstanding, but they have everything you need these days, although without toiletries. Two rolls of paper are the maximum decoration of the bathroom. But there is a refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, table, bedside table. Live and enjoy, if you are not afraid of periodic power outages, water, Internet (usually short-term). But that's what Africa is for.
NNcubeThe reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected. The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.
