Popular restaurant offering high-quality buffet dinner
This time, I took the opportunity to celebrate with my partner and made a reservation for 7:30 PM. Arriving 15 minutes early, there were already quite a few people seated. However, everyone followed the rules and waited until the designated time to start getting food. Many were taking photos to share, as the food spread was truly impressive, featuring chilled seafood, sashimi sushi, oysters, Kumamoto wagyu beef, hot dishes, and desserts.
For the first round, I went straight for the chilled seafood, which included king crab legs, crab claws, whelks, prawns, and mussels. The crab legs were particularly delightful, with a balanced saltiness that enhanced their freshness. The defrosting process was expertly handled, and the crab claws were especially meaty and satisfying. I recommend dipping the middle section in Thai-style spicy seafood sauce for a perfect balance to the accumulated saltiness of the chilled seafood.
Oysters were another popular station. The restaurant managed the queue well, with the sushi section conveniently located nearby, allowing guests to pick their favorite sushi while waiting. The sushi selection included delicacies like salmon belly and surf clam. Finally, I got my hands on a large American oyster, which was meticulously prepared by the chef. The oyster had a mild and refreshing taste, with a rich yet non-fishy flavor that was incredibly smooth.
At the Grill Station, I had the best grilled beef of my life—Kumamoto wagyu beef seasoned with salted koji. The chef sliced it to the perfect thickness, and the beef was rich in flavor, with a luscious fat aroma that wasn’t overwhelming. It’s definitely worth going back for. Nearby, there were also thinly sliced Kumamoto beef teppanyaki, Hokkaido birch pork sukiyaki, and seared wagyu sushi, making it a paradise for meat lovers.
I made sure to save some room for desserts. In the past, I’ve enjoyed their homemade desserts during semi-buffet meals at other branches. Their Tiramisu is always the first to run out, thanks to its perfect blend of cheese and coffee aroma, offering a smooth and indulgent experience.
