Hotels With Parking in Ceara, Brazil

Great location for those staying in the hustle and bustle of Fortaleza. The place has been renovated and has a beautiful rustic/modern decor that I loved. The breakfast option was incredible and the entire staff was very friendly!

I had been to this hotel ,as a guest several times. There were always minor issues with the property, but this last time was the last straw. I had booked my room months ahead,and had requested a high floor ,with double bed, but instead when I arrived, they put me in a room on the first floor ,with single beds. and a view to an electric fence. When entering the room, I could realize issues already. The key card should be put in the slot inside the room to keep the electricity functioning ,however it was not working properly, the power was cut off several times. While having a shower, the electricity was cut off . I had to call someone to come and fix it, eventually someone came to change the whole keycard slot on the wall . The room was extremely rundown ,with an old table ,rusty fridge, and in the toilet there was a leakage on the ceiling, dropping water on the floor,making it quite slippery.Some of the floor tiles were missing as well. By then I had spent most of my time after arrival trying to sort out issues with Hotel. Next morning they moved to the other hotel from the same chain, as an upgrade, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I expected to stay in the hotel and room that I had originally booked online ,not something else. The whole experience was really annoying and frustrating, I felt totally misled,neglected and taken for granted.

I have been in the hotel a few times, last time I arrived before and checked in before what was not possible, the time the receptionist said it would be possible was at 15:00 but it was 15:00: 15 I went to talk to the receptionist there he released the appetite! The impression was that he had a bad will to check in before and he forgot yet if I had not gone to talk to him would have been waiting to now. In the contrary, I asked for a late checkout and the receptionist left at the morning, she said it was quiet for being a Sunday.Finally, it is worth the cost benefit and location, hotel tbm needing a pension.

An absolute gem of a hotel in Canoa Quebrada. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. The room has A/C and is comfortable and quiet. It's also walking distance to the beach and to Broadway. You really can't ask for more when traveling. 

Simply delightful... level of service. Room cleanliness with nothing to complain about. Very nice view from the room. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom with lots of comfort and hygiene items. Physical space with excellent value for money. We spent the New Year's Eve party with super crowds. Still impeccable service and cleanliness. Excellent choice at any time of year I believe.

The resort is located in a very nice area right in front of the beach, breakfast was above average and a great deal overall. Room was very modern, clean and bed extremely comfortable; staff was very attentive and definitely a place to come back if returning to same area.

Excellent service by the staff of the hotel; friendly and serviceable. Various and quality food. Excellent location.

Elegimos este lugar para celebrar nuestro 1er aniversario. Al reservar nunca nos respondieron el mail, después se contactaron por whatsapp ofrecieron disculpas y nos ofrecieron una sorpresa en la habitación para nuestra celebración. Lo que llego de sorpresa NADA.. Al igual que el servicio no quería ni siquiera esforzarse en hablar español, varios nos evitaban. Y eso que también hablamos inglés pero sobre todo una Sra en el desayuno fue muy evidente. Un solo mesero en la cena de restaurant nos fue a hablar por la pésima experiencia con la comida. Las peores macaxeiras, blandas sin crocante. La peor Carne seca, y el Caranguejo sin sal. Pedimos Mayonesa y de todo para arreglarlo lo demás lo devolvimos y llego un poco mejor. Después comimos en Cumbuco y la comida era espectacular. Les recomiendo alojar y comer fuera. Desayuno bueno pero para hacer unos huevos pochados costo nos entendieran. Se lo dije en Frances, Español e Inglés. Después un omelette pedí jugoso y llego como un crepe seco. Falta más entrenamiento del Chef en servicio y cocina. Un huevo poche debe estar envuelto en la clara no cocido en agua. El agua lleva vinagre y estragon. El nivel y precio del hotel exige calidad. Precio calidad en restaurant no está al nivel de sus instalaciones. Limpia, confortables y la piscina muy bien mantenidas. Las bañeras de hidromasaje muy buenas. Desayuno fuera de lo demás tiene lo necesario. Café filtrado podría mejorar después de un tiempo en la maquina sabe a quemado. Personal de recepción muy mal nos hablaban en portugués rápido al check out no entendíamos nada. Después de pedirle que hable más lento recién dejo de tratarnos como un robot. Ni siquiera nos ofrecieron un trasporte de regreso , coordinarlo o preguntarnos, así que tuvimos que optar por uber. Les falta sensibilidad hotelera. Personal serio poco sonriente si siempre dispuestos pero el alma brasileña no se siente en ninguna parte. Es un hotel diseñado para brasileños no turistas ni menos personas que gustan de la buena gastronomía.

The hotel is well located.Fantastic breakfast! First service for reception, management and cleaning team.The swimming pool is very good and the art exhibition is a differentiated attraction.

Second time at this hotel and as good as the first. However I placed in a family room which was fine but outside for most of the evening had kids running past shouting but of course that got quieter as the night went in
